A year has passed since the events concerning the gods of Greece. Since then Jack and the crew’s lives had been quite uneventful, well as uneventful as a pirate life can get that is. With a few new crew members, Jack has sailed his crew to hell and back, pillaging, plundering, and gaining quite the notorious reputation. However, one not so scheduled trip to England, and to Evelyn’s home town, has brought about a new treasure to seek, a new endeavor, and possibly the next great adventure for Jack Sparrow and those aboard the Black Pearl.
A map has been found, once believed to be lost to the infernos of a previous pirate raid. A map revealing the location of a treasure TOO good to pass up, despite the warnings of a curse within it, an entire city of gold is a bit hard to pass up. With the map both in Evelyn’s trusted memory, and in Jack’s hand his crew are ready to go to hell, quite literally, and back for a piece of this city of gold.
Meanwhile, Barbossa hasn’t missed a beat, and although he was beaten to the ultimate relic last time, this time it is HE who has the upper hand. Although Jack and crew know about the treasure, they remain oblivious to the true power resting there, the Dagger of Curunin, an ancient dagger that posses the power to send those it kills to the Underworld, a hellish purgatory until the ending of the world. Barbossa’s thirst for vengeance is all but insatiable, and it is for THIS reason Bossa also makes for Central America, hoping through simply wandering about he too can find this city of Gold and the dagger which would finally give Jack Sparrow his due.
When Barbossa finds Jack Sparrow also in the jungles however and learns of Evelyn’s knowledge as to the location of the gold he concocts an evil plan that would not only give him the way to the City of Gold, but also an edge in the never ending battle between Barbossa’s crew and Jack’s. It’s a scramble and tangle to riches and relics…with not only eachother to compete with, but also the jungles themselves who also have threats within them that neither crew has even begun to prepare for…

Roux looked at Lily and smiled.
"well, at any rate it keeps everyone happy." He answered and went off in search of Linea. He had fallen asleep on deck and wasn't too sure where Linea had gone off too. She might be below still asleep.
in which case she might want to sleep in. Roux went below deck anyway, seeking out his wife.

* Maria was nearly drifting off in her own dreams when Sarah came over and spoke to her* " huh? Oh yes I can't wait...." * She bit her lip as the sea caught her gaze once more. The tiny ripples reflecting off the sun and into her hazel brown eyes. She put a hand up sheilding her vision and turned towards Sarah* " Wonder how this will all turn out..."

:Linea had just barely opened her eyes and she smiled at herself.:
I can't believe I'm still abed at this hour, I should probably get up.
:Grinning she decided to stay abed for a few more minutes, just being comfortable. Finally after just a little longer, she pushed back the covers and got out of bed. Quickly she removed her nightdress and pondered what to put on. She figured they wouldn't be doing any fighting on board so Linea decided she could do with a change from men's gear. Going to a trunk at the end of the bed, she pulled out a slim fitting dress. It was of a deep crimson shade with silver stitching. With it, she pulled out silver hose to wear under the dress as it had two long slits up each side for the wearer's free movement. It was a dress she had made so that if a situation arrived, she would be able to have as much movement as needed. Pulling on the leggings first, she smiled.:
This shall be a bit of a change for the crew, she thought.
:After the leggings were on, she pulled on the dress and began to tie it at the back as she looked out of her window and at the sky.:

Mark found his way below deck and went to where the canons were. He wanted to inspect them, because his specialty was guns after all. The Pearl was a big ship, but after a time he found his way to them. He had to admit to himself he was rather excited to see them. Since he had nothing to do he began to polish the cannons. The light below deck wasn't real great, so he looked around for a lamp or something. He found one hanging on the wall and began to look for some matches. He lit the lamp and walked back over to the cannon. He suddenly triped on his shoe lace and dropped the lamp. He could see it fall as if it was in slow motion. His eyes widened and before he could cry out to the crew above the fuse lit. He got up and ran over to the cannon hopeing he could pull the fuse out, but it burned to quickly. There was a loud bang and he looked at the cannon in disbelief. He quickly walked back up to the main deck and tried to act like nothing had happened. He began to play with a rope and looked over at Jack to make sure he wasn't looking at him.

::Jack had watched Mark go below deck and smiled. The lad was curious, didn't bother him really. But Jack did stay on deck, watching as the island of Port Royale got smaller and smaller and the sea got wider and bluer with each mintue::
::And he smiled at the wind on his face. It was a wonderful day to be a pirate. After all...what more could a captain ask for? He had a crew he felt was loyal enough, a fine ship and a full case of rum.......life was good::

Roux walked below deck and gently tapped on Linea's door. Then he opened it slowly and looked inside. He smiled.
"Well you look beautiful, as always." He said with a gentle smile and he placed a kiss on her head, for just second his eyes turned gold and Roux titled his head looking at her. "Have you eaten yet? Someone made breakfast in the gally."

Lily just laughed and then continued sharpening her daggers. Once they were sharp enough to cut one of her hairs she attached them to her arm once more and stood up with a yawn.
The sea was bright blue today and she liked it that way. Finally she noticed Will Turner and Elizabeth Turner. So this was the Captain's friend. She smiled and went over to introduce herself.
"Hello there! I'm Lily. You're the infamous Will Turner are you?" She shook his hand and then turned to Elizabeth. "And you burned the Captain's rum right? How on earth did you live to tell the tale, miss?" She asked with a twinkling eye.

*Eric scowled as he felt himself jerked back around and he laughed a little.* Rip me to shreds? Have you completley forgotten about Tortuga man? *He asked, looking the man over as if he were sizing him up. Eric was a bit taller than the man, and bulkier considering he had toned up over the past year from his work in Wills shop. He hardly ever left the place, finding hard work a good way to distract himself.
He jerked his collar from Luis' grasp and glarred hatefully at him at the way he was talking about Evelyn. Eric felt his breathing grow steadily rapid and he swallowed hard, wanting to pound the man here and now.* If you so much as hurt a hair on her head. *He growled through clenched teeth.* And don't talk about her like that you damn idiot. *He said and was about to shove the man when his eyes landed on Evelyn and his fists immediatly shot into his pockets and he looked away.
He didn't say anything as she stepped between them and lectured them. When she patted his arm he was surprised to find that the anger in him had dissolved some and he nodded, smiling at her.* You're not completley changed. *He said winking at her then with one last glare at Luis he followed her out onto the deck helping with a few of the ropes. He jumped as he heard a bang and glanced at Mark with a raised brow and a grin. That guy was one interesting fellow.*

*Will was about to go over and help Eric with the ropes as he saw the man come back out on board when Lily approached him and introduced herself. He shook her hand and tipped his head to her* Well Im Will Turner, not sure about the infamous. *He grinned, honestly having never seen himself in that manner. He was in reality a quiet, reserved person who rather enjoyed keeping to himself. It seemed the only time he came out of his shell was when he was out here.
When she asked how Elizabeth survived he laughed warmly and wrapped his arm about his wifes shoulder, pulling her into him as he grinned between her and Lily.* I wonder that same thing, Lily. *He grunted, still surprised by the fact Jack hadn't shot her that day on the island.*

Lily just laughed and then smiled at Will.
"Well, yer infamous hear. Jack speaks highly of you." and looking at Elizabeth she shook her hand. "I want to say I've shaken the hand of the only lass ever to survive burning the captain's rum." She laughed and then turned thoughtful.
"I heard ye make some good swords. What about throwing daggers?" She asked, and lifted her sleeve to show hers. "these are well enough but Jack says your swords have better balence, more grace. just curious."

Evelyn made her way up on deck, deftly catching the small bit of tenseness in Eric's arm but, oddly enough, sensing it leave him. She shrugged at this however, and looked about the decks. Most of the crew was up and about, doing their daily chores and whatnot. As her honey eyes scanned the decks she noticed Jack, Lily...the new crewmate. She seemed interesting enough. As long as she held her own on board, Eve could care less really.
It took a lot of her to warm up to people really. It had taken Eve a while indeed to warm up to Tobbs, whom she connected with the best on the ship. At least...ever since Eric had left. Just as her thoughts lingered on Eric however she spotted him go past her and set to work. She lifted a brow at him, seeing as how he seemed a bit troubled and she stepped towards him. "Eric mate, listen, I don' wan' you an' Luis ta fight, alright? I jus'...I don't want either of ye gettin' hurt an' bein' tossed overboard, savvy?" She sighed heavily. She almost wished she could say more to him really but just as she parted her lips a loud BANG went off and Eve turned around.
Mark came up from below decks shortly looking far TOO innocent for his own good and she gave him a smile. "Havin' a look below decks, eh Mark?" Eve asked him lifting a curved brow and giving him a small smack on the arm.

*Eric glanced up briefly at Evelyn as she came towards him but as she began to talk his eyes went back to the work he was doing and he merley nodded now and again at various parts of what she had to say. He paused for a moment and with a heavy sigh rose, placing his hands on his lower back as he stretched a little.* I won't do anything to him so long as he doesn't do anything to you. *He stated firmly.* Or to any of the crew for that matter. I just don't trust him, I'm sorry. *He stated, going back to his work.
He meant what he had said, knowing that it was important to Evelyn that the two men not fight made it important to him as well. Though he knew they would probably continue to bicker he wouldn't touch him unless he had to. He figured he'd get the chance soon enough anyways seeing as to how the mans words to him earlier only made him more suspicious.*

*Will grinned a little and glanced towards Jack as Lily said the Captain spoke highly of him. He laughed slightly and adjusted his dark hair in its pony tail as he looked back at her.* Does he really? Well its good to hear he mentions more than just my good singing voice, among other things. *He grunted with a wink.
As she asked him about throwing daggers his eyes glanced down at the ones beneath her sleeves and he smiled and gave a nod.* I can make you some of those. I'd be glad to. *Will beamed, always pleased to hear people complimenting his work, even if sometimes he didn't always get the credit for it.
Suddenly a loud bang went off and he knew it to be the sound of a cannon. Instantly thinking they were under attack he spun around, grabbing his wife, only to find Mark walking on board with a hand in the cookie jar look smeared on his face.* Bloody hell, Mark! *He laughed, letting go of Elizabeth*
