*Elizabeth smiled happily when Will greeted her with a kiss, keeping her hand in his as she shifted slightly closer in her seat in his direction. She smirked lightly as Jack spoke up, playing the innocent role and giving a hurt, accused look when he said she'd be on the island alone and that he'd keep his rum if they stopped by to pay the island a visit.*
"I was merely demonstrating the many uses rum could have at that point; you of course know the first reason as I explained before, but I bet you've never thought about it being a means to start a fire for a signal now did you? And didn't the idea work?"
*She gave a triumphant nod and looked over to Will as he said he had a suggestion for her. She noted his mischevious grin and raised a brow curiously, wondering what thoughts were roaming in his mind now. When he spoke, her smile grew and she spoke a bit teasingly as she brought her face closer to his.*
"So I've been missed then?"
*She gave his hand another light squeeze, running her thumb up and down it slightly as she took another sip of her tea. As much as she tried to fend off feeling a bit more tired and sore, she couldn't help but let her smile fade a bit as she gazed back up at her husband. She was ill most likely, but it was probably a simple virus going around Port Royale. Nothing to call the doctor in about, as much as Estrella seemed to hint about. She was brought back from her thoughts as she heard Will's voice, looking back up to him with a slight smile set upon her lips.*
"I'll be alright...just a bit tired lately, so perhaps I've caught something. I'm hoping I'll sleep less restlessly tonight; might do me more good if I rest without waking up from time to time."

Selina smiled as Michael mentioned him not having a lady of choice yet. She lifted a brow wondering EXACTLY what he meant by that. She hadn't had the option of exericising her flirting skill with anyone recently, and this was refreshing really. Besides...he wasn't all too bad himself. "Really? Well have you anyone in PARTICULAR in mind at all?" She asked giving him a sly grin and sliding ever closer towards him. She stared up at him as he towered over her and then casually she slipped her hand to brush over his fingers, then pulled away slightly, her fingertips inches from his.
"Quite the social life?" Selina gave a soft chuckle. "I suppose so. Have a talk with them will you? So protective of me so quickly?" she asked him as she softly placed a hand upon his arm again. The way Selina did it, it almost seemed casual, and meaningless really...but she smiled and she felt the urge growing within her once more. "I suppose I could tolerate you speaking for my welfare on my behalf. Besides," she said with a small fake pout. "I DO get rather tired of having to make a point of it myself really." She said rolling her eyes and then giving him a smile.
She was enjoying Michael's presence a bit too much. It was at this moment that she truly realized that she was almost feeling safer with HIM than she had with Damien. With Damien she knew he would have protected her no matter what...but really...he was LIMITED in his means. This, Michael was just like her, although she had YET to find out wether he would EVER take to her the way Damien did. She almsot feared that he might...and feared even MORE that SHE would...

*Feeling her hand brush against his fingers, he couldn't stop himself from reaching them out enough to feel the presence of her fingertips close to his, telling himself he'd ruin his plan if he did anything further. He pondered over her question as he gave a thoughtful look, his eyes dropping down as they studied her lips, wishing for just a simple invitation to lean down a bit and press his own against hers. But that would earn him more than he wanted, and judging that to be a negative gain, he turned his face from hers as he took another drink.*
"Someone in particular, you ask....hmmm...well I guess you'll have to wait and see if there is a, mysterious lady, in my life...."
*He added the last bit in emphasis, returning her gaze with his own. He was still uncertain about Selina; he didn't know what purpose she had with him, for trickery, for mere pleasure, or for something deeper? He was highly unsure if he was ready, or willing, as he told himself, to go for the third assumption, but seeing the second as tempting and the first as a warning to watch what she did, he did just that. And it made it harder to resist....*
*Again, there she went placing her hand on his arm. His muscle twitched slightly as he felt it rest there, wishing some other one of the crew who had decided to become aggressive came at her again so he could draw her close to him again. He cursed himself silently for stating such a notion as feeling concern for her as that was what protecting one meant. She didn't seem to be rubbing it in his face though, so that could always mean she reveled in the thought, or that she wouldnt use it to her advantage over him.....The pout was more than he could take and his smile grew slyer as she finished.*
"Well, I'd have to speak with them if they value their lives any....I don't doubt you'd murder them all if they touched you, and if we want to find that treasure with some amusement, I think we should keep them alive at least a bit longer...."
"And I don't doubt you get tired of such a thing; it must happen all the time. After all Selina, who could resist but just a brush across your skin?"
*As he spoke, he lightly brought his fingers up against hers for all of a few seconds, brushing them upon her palm and drawing his hand away again. He really doubted he'd be able to control himself long with her around, but he'd have to try. And as much as he tried to tell himself she was only seductive to him in a more physical way, he hadn't really felt like so with any woman he was just attracted too....the question of, 'could it be more?' was trying to be pushed away from his thoughts as he gazed down at her.*

Sarah began cutting her pork and slowly chewing it. She looked around the table and noticed that most everyone was glupping down food without the use of silverware. Sarah looked at her hands, then decided aganist. She heard Maria tease Chris about his manners. At least there's a gentleman at this table. Sarah then turned to Hawk, whom was seated next to her. Hello there Hawk, how have you been? Sarah then noticed Mark and Rose talking. Oi, who's that man with your sister? I haven't seen him around, is he new on the crew?

*Tobbs shook her head and rolled ehr eyes as Jack stated he'd keep his rum. Ever since he'd tied with that rum god, or won, as he always said, he thought he could drink every last drop aboard the ship.*
"As long as yer sober for at LEAST half the voyage; we can't go searchin' for treasure with an unconscious captain now can we?"
*Giving a nod of assuring, she overheard someone speak up sitting near Rose and Hawk. He was asking about the voyage, and though she was tempted to inquire as to whom he was at first, she shrugged off the introductions for later and decided to answer the stranger.*
"The ship's leavin' around dawn, and we're 'eading for Central America. I'd say I 'ope you aren't left behind, but I don't seem to 'ave met you yet; Most call me Tobbs, and might I know whom will be joinin' us this time 'round?"

As Michael spoke of a mysterious lady Selina gave a smirk. She had the STRONGEST inkling he meant her. She didn't mind at all really, actually, she almost hoped he WAS mentioning her. As he mentioned no one being able to resist a brush against her skin she found herself rolling her eyes a bit. His words were sweet and weren't really rejected, but she pondered wether any of it was sincere, or wether it was just a ploy to get at her.
Selina sighed heavily as his hand touched hers gently, her hand almost pulling away at his touch but she relented. Then looking up at him she shrugged. She suddenly spotted Barbossa and she sighed heavily. "You know what? I never DID like too much tension..." she said with a smirk and she placed a hand about his neck, pulled him down, and gave him a heated kiss. She pressed her ruby lips to his and gently breathed as the kiss went on a bit.
Then, quickly, she pulled herself away. "If we are going to sail together, we might as well be comfortable with eachother." She nodded. "I do not expect ANYTHING to come from that really, but just to get things out of the way." She said giving him a wink and she headed away towards Barbossa.
Barbossa had been enjoying himself pretty well within the company of a few pleasurable people, and his hands were quite busy with rum at the moment. He looked up as suddenly Selina approached and he gave her a yellowed grin. "Selina! Glad ta see ye haven' been shot yet." He told her with a gruff voice and a sly grin.
Selina returned the smile. "Well you know, I DO try and avoid trouble really...it just seems that trouble itself follows ME everywhere." She told him with a soft nod. "Captain, THIS is Michael Carver. I was wondering if perhaps we could take him on our voyage. It would be useful to have a strong arm on the ship." She told him as she glanced over at Michael briefly.
Barbossa set down his drinks and looked the man over carefully. "Would be indeed..." he said as he looked Michael over carefully. "Have ye sailed on a ship before, boy?" he asked him gruffly as he rapped his fingers upon the table he sat in.

Mark too a sip of his wine. All of the sudden he heard someone answer his question. He looked in the direction of the voice and smiled.
"At dawn then eh? Central Amecia?! Thats gonna be an interesting trip, not searching for the city of gold are ya? Well Tobbs than' you very much. I hope I won't be left behind either, I'm Mark by the way. Look forward to seeing you later."
Mark turned to Will and spoke.
"Thanks for dinner Will and Elizabeth. Nice to see you again Rose and everyone I have haven't yet met, I hope to see you later."
Mark got up and walked out of the room. He wanted to speak with Rose before he left, but felt that it would be better to talk to her when the gaze of her brother did not shine so harshly upon them. He left the house and walked back home. When he returned home he went into his mother's room. She was asleep. He did not want to wake her so he left a note. " Mother, I had to leave for a voyage to England. There is a gun show that I must attend. If I can sell some guns there and get some contracts from the military or something we could earn enough money to go back home and get a big house in the country somewhere. It would be like we had always dreamed. Do not worry about me, Sam will help care for you when I'm gone, I hope he will not be to much trouble. I love you and will be thinking of you. I don't know how long I will be gone, but I will be home before you know it. Your loving son, Mark" He still hadn't told his mother he was a pirate, he didn't want her to think ill of him, though he always figured she would understand why he was doing it. He packed some things into a small potatoe sack and headed off to the Black Pearl. When he got there he boarded it quietly, for he did not want to wake anyone that may still be aboard. He layed his bag upon the deck and looked out over the ocean. He had a strange feeling he may never see this place again.

*Michael watched Selina and her reactions, judging she was too trying to figure out if what he said was real or not. Frankly, he thought it was, but he wasn't going to let her, or himself know that even. As she sighed heavily and spoke up about tension, his brow rose as if trying to innocently make it appear he felt no tension was present, but apparently she'd seen straight through him. He was about to reply when she pulled him down in the heated kiss, and though he would've wanted to resist it, he couldnt control himself longer. She was his weakness now.*
*Bringing his arms around her waist and drawing her slighly in as he himself did, he let passion run its course for the next few seconds, ignoring those around them and almost wishing they were in a more private place, deeming that if anything between the two was going to go on further, it wouldn't be so openly, especially before the eyes of his new captain.*
*As she drew away he barely managed to let his arms fall from around her, giving a deep sigh and smirking in thought over the last sentence slightly as he gazed down at her, listening to her last words and crossing his arms over his chest. He kept silent and followed behind her as she amde her way to Barbossa, saying something as the two walked towards him.*
"Satisfy the tension? And I thought that was the bait..."
*Shrugging and taking his stand beside her before Barbossa, he looked down at the seated man and stood still as they talked over him, keeping his arms crossed and a serious expression firmly set on his face. When he was asked whether or not he had been on a ship before, he gave a down to the point answer. After all, he wasn't going to go off trying to appear a perfect sailor; that would be overly arrogant*
"I've been on a few, Captain Barbossa; I know my way around sails and a deck."

::Jack smiled vaguly, a hint of wildness sparkling in his eyes. He was wearing a look that all but shouted: "I KNOW SOMETHING YOU DON'T KNOW!" without saying a word::
::He looked at the nearest clock on the wall, and seemed to consider it a while, then he looked at Will: "Well, Mr. Turner, Elizabeth. am I to assume that both of you will be coming of your own free will....as you well know trips taken with me are not nearly so civil as a cruise with someone like...say Norrington....."
::His eyes danced playfully: "Still, a city of gold would be hard to pass up for anyone.....even noble Turner...." He smiled, and his comment about Will was not at all sarcastic. In fact it seemed sincere. It truth he looked thrilled at the possibility of dragging the two Turners off on some mad treasure hunt::

*Will laughed as Elizabeth continued talking to Jack about the many uses she had come up with for rum and he shook his head a bit. He figured the last thing the Captain could ever come up with doing to rum...would be to burn it. In Jacks daft head it would almost be an equivalant to burning down the Pearl. As she brought her face to his he grinned and nodded.* You were. *He stated. He was still as captivated by her today as he was when he was younger, unable to even call her by his first name.* Yeah, you should get some rest. Couldn't be too fun with you on the Pearl being sick! *He said, placing his arm about her shoulder and giving it a squeeze. He looked over at Mark as the man made ready to leave and he gave him a smile and a nod* Glad you could make it, Mark. See you on the ship! *He said and rose from his chair, allowing the servants to take his plate from him. Somehow though he had always found this service to him odd, never felt right being waited upon. He was getting used to it, but none the less it still felt strange. He reached down and placed his hand on his wifes shoulder. He glanced over at Jack and laughed at the mans comment and shrugged a little. Will never was one to purposfuly go in search of treasure but the man was right. This opportunity was just to grand to pass up.* You're right, Jack. *He grunted and glanced around the table as it seemed the dinner was coming to its end. To those still at the house he smiled and glanced at each of them.* It was great seeing you all again. Hope you enjoyed the pompus surroundings! *He said with a wink and laughed. He glanced back down at Elizabeth.* Come, lady and I shall take you to your quarters. *He said in an obviously mocking tone of an aristocrat as he held his arm out to her, a boyish smile on his face.*

::Jack stood and bowed to Will and Elizabeth in off balence manner then called a loose order to his crew to be back on the ship and be ready to sail by morning.:: "I will see you before dawn then, Will...Elizabeth...." He tipped his hat and left::
::He was always at home on the Black Pearl. So it was into his room there that he went and closed the cabin door but left it cracked open just a few inches. So he could hear what was going on on the deck::
::Jack closed his eyes, and lay in his bed, still fully dressed, not bothering to get cleaned up or any other such nonsense. Sleep was sleep and they sailed in the morning, before dawn would break.::

Lily had gone back to the ship almost as soon as she was done shopping. She didn't go to the Turners, only because she felt out of place there. So she stayed on the ship, guarding it until she saw Jack and teh crew begin to come back on board.
Then she rested, going to sleep in her hammock in her room.

*Tobbs gave a nod in greeting to Mark, watching him go curiously and making a note to herself to ask Rose about him. After all, the two seemed to know eachother. The time could come for explanations and whatnot later though, she thought with a yawn. It was growing late.*
*Sending Will and Elizabeth a thankful nod and a wave, she followed Jack and the rest of the crew out, standing by the gate of the Turner's house and watching as the everyone made their way to the Pearl. For some reason, she slowly made her way to the docks, not wanting to head for the Pearl just yet.*
*It was late, so most of the shops were closed. Fortunately enough, the tavern she'd came to before was open, though most of the drinkers and visitors were sleeping either upstairs in rooms or near the entrance. Tobbs entered swiftly and made her way passed the muttering and mumblings of the sleepers and to the bar, where she took a seat at the bar side and rested her head in her hands.*
'A little late to be up, misseh.'
"I'd 'ardly expect you to believe I 'ave a bedtime anymore."
'Something to drink for the lady then?'
"Somethin' easy if you will, I've got to sleep some of the night."
*He slid her a drink once he'd poured it in, commenting on the going ons and whatnot around the tavern. She listened, but was slowly growing sleepier and sleepier. He noted this and shook his head, smiling and leaning on the bar.*
'Is there a reason you're here, or is it just putting off sleep?'
"I'm 'ere for a drink....whether I wish to sleep or nots my business."
'Alrigh' alrigh', was just trying to be helpful. Ya look mighty tired is all...'
"Aye, but I can' sleep fer the life of me...I 'avent been able to sleep for a year now; although beforehand I wasn't much of a sleeper either, always 'ave to be alert....but now its like I barely manage sleep at all...."
'Somethin's keepin' you up then?'
"Aye....somethin' like that...keeps me awake..won' let me sleep at all...never 'as really, just more than normal since things started changing with me."
'Hmmm...maybe its high time you tell someone about this....someone you care for? Maybe they can help.'
"Aye.....maybe I should....just...well....ashamed at it all really...could be used against me some way...gah, I don' know...I really sould be going though."
*She stood and put a few shillings on the bar, walking towards the door and stopping as he spoke up.*
'Nice talkin' with you misseh.'
"....yeah, you too."
*And when she said it, she actually meant it this time around. She furrowed her brows at herself and rubbed her eyes as she walked towards the Pearl, recalling what the man said on everything. When she got to the ship, she sighed silently and bit her lip in thought. She should try and rest, she knew that...tomorrow was a big day....*
*so making her way below deck and entering her cabin with a few blinks to make sure all was well in the hallways, she wondered if her vision was deceiving her on some account as she watched shadows shift. Shrugging tiredly and shutting her door, she took off her boots and effects, tied her hair back, and curled up beneath the covers, letting the sounds of the ship be her lullaby as she drifted off into a light sleep.*

* The table seemed to be emptying little by Little each moment. It seemed as if the dinner was coming to an end. She pulled out from her chair, stood and thanked Elizabeth and Will for the wonderful dinner. She smiled and nudged for Chris to stand as well. The bloddy man too preoccupied with his flirtatious ways.*
" Well twas good talking to you,Carrie.." *He said gently before standing up* " Lovely Dinner, Mr. and Mrs. Turner.." * He smiled then bowed.* " Well that was lovely wasn't it?" * He said turning to Maria. He held out his arm.* " Shall we?" * He smiled, ready to lead like a gentleman should*
* Maria rolled her eyes at his attempts* " Not likely..."* Maria pushed his arm out of the way walking passed him with a grin on her face*
* When his arm was pushed out of the way he swung it down and turned in Maria's direction* " It's just no use getting to you is it?" * He smiled and turned back seeing sarah exit as well. He held his arm out for her to take it and smiled charmingly at her* " Thank you for inviting me I quite enjoyed it....Did you have a nice time Sarah?"
* Maria ran into her cabin and plopped onto her cot. She took a deep breath and turned to her side to blow out the candle. When all was dark she closed her eyes letting to sway of the ship lull her to sleep*
