*Tobbs shivered slightly when he began speaking....it was like he expected what she was doing...she'd done soemthing wrong....tensing up, she had a rush of nerves when he got really close, and in an instant, he had her wrist behind ehr back, and she was on the ground!*
*Twisting beneath his grasp, she refused to give up. He was close above her, and she frowned at his last words. He was a tough one, aye...she needed to think. And think fast.*
"Alright Jack Sparrow...tis gonna be like this, is it? Tough game eh? Well, I'm always ready....yer smart, cunning, and aye, I made a mistake..but that can always be fixed..."
*Plotting on her ways of freedom, she suddenly hit an idea. Struggling, just slightly, to see if he'd let his grasp go a bit, she waited...waited...and just as she noted he wouldnt be taking any pressure off, she got an idea. It hit her, and she had to try it. Giving one last effort to break free, she let the moment come and in a second had her legs wrapped around him just around the waist area. With all the strength she could muster, and without letting a break in betwen wrapping ehr legs around him and her next move, she jerked with all her might to the left, pushing with the muscles and strength in her legs.
*She had angled them by his waist since he could be off balance a bit more there. Her right leg pushed against him and her left was wrapped tightly enough to pull, making it an easy way for her to twist out with the force of ehr upper body from beneath him and land him on his back with her just above him. And while she might have her wrist behind her back if the suprise of the pushing from her legs didn't effect his grip, she still had gotten her other hand loose in the tumble, which, since she'd be pressed against him, would be easily capable of returning the favor and grabbing HIS wrist....*

::Jack blinked, and nearly smirked. Well that wasn't what he had planned. No matter really.....he smiled at her and then laughed: "If ye wanted to be on top, luv, all you had to do was ask."
::The comment of course designed to make her as uncomfortable as possible. It worked. for if only a second she faltered, he took it as advantage::
::He let go of her wrist, which he hadn't let go off, and instead of being utterly quick was almost eerily slow. He knew what to do to make her falter....make her worried that she'd messed up. Instead he just traced on finger up her back, in her hair, utterly still the whole while expect a single finger:::
::Well one thing was bound to happen. She would realize just how close quarters she was dealing with, what she just put herself into. And Jack didn't move a single inch but let her consider this fact to herself.::
::He waited and smiled at her, mischief twinkling over his eyes as if he was just laughing about this whole situation:: "well now Miss Tobbs....was this what you had been planning all along?" He quirked a eyebrow. "Ye know next time you can just say so....."

As Eric spoke to her she didn't reply. Instead she only gazed at him and then closed her eyes softly, savoring everything about this moment. She had never dreamed they would be in this position. With his arm, quite tightly, around her waist, and her curled against him. She clung to his shirt a bit, taking in the very smell of him. The soft hum of the jungle was all she heard now. It seemed even here, the creatures slept. If only Evelyn could. Although her eyes were closed, her mind was churning.
He COULD leave her in the end. Eve bit her lip and held back a small whimper. She was afraid she'd cry at any moment really. She had held back her thoughts for SO long and it seems she was being punished for doing so as a tear rolled down her cheek. As Eric kissed her deeply, she kissed him back, but only half heartedly, as she was afraid if she gave it her all she wouldn't stop.
Her hands found their way to his neck as the kiss lingered and they remained there, she was as close as one could be to another really, simply reveling in his presence. "Eric...please don' leave me..." she whispered as a tear fell and she held her breath, refusing to let them all fall, especially here, so exposed to the crew. She looked up at him as if to display the sadness within her, but remained silent, not wanting to attract the attention of the crew.
Were she only in his presence she might have allowed herself to cry, but not now. So she curled deep into him, using him as a sheild, he was blocking out the world for her at the moment, allowing her to have her vulnerabilities without forcing her to expose them. He was quite literally, her only wall of protection from the rest of the world and she thanked him for this.

*Erics eyes slowly fluttered open as she whispered to him not to leave her. Her words made his breath catch in his throat for a moment and it was as if all at once his world began to spin. Her voice had given the words a new level of meaning that he had not thought of before. She truely was concerned about him staying or going. He reached up, gently wiping the tears from her cheeks.
For a long moment he said nothing, promised nothing. He didn't want to give her hopes where there may be none. And at the same time he didn't want to give himself hopes either. But he wanted to. He wanted to believe that he would always be with her, always at her side whether she wanted him there or not. When he caught the look in her face he frowned for a moment but realized suddenly where his future laid. In her eyes. He smiled, shifting as she curled deeper into him.
He knew she was using him as a shield against the world but at the same time he was using her for just that same thing. There was something about being with her at this moment that put him at ease and made him feel as if everything would be alright. As his eyes danced about her small figure he smiled and it hit him that he loved her more than he had ever loved anything in his life. How could he ever let that go? Finally he answered her.* Evelyn, I love you. I'll always love you. And I promise you'll never loose me. *He whispered tenderly, praying she could trust him in this. Praying that he could trust himself.*

*Michael let the question slip off of his mind for now. He knew something was wrong; he could sense it. *
"Not really? Must be nerves then..."
*He clenched his fist a bit as he heard the almost teasing nature she had in ehr voice when she said they'd need something to occupy them. He wondered what they could do...or ratehr wondered what else they could do that didn't involve some sort of physical contact....he watched ehr go the counter and take a seat, folding his arms on his chest. He istened to ehr next comment on not much sleep, and all of a sudden he sensed some hesitation. Something, or someone, was blocking ehr from trusting him....*
"Well, you'll need the rest for tomorrow. No doubt we'll be nearing land then....perhaps you should try..."
*He tried to be casual, but he was now feeling slightly nervous around her now....When she thanked him, he gave a welcoming nod of the head, not able to stop himself from casting a glance her way occasionally. She was beautiful in the candlelight, like an enchantress yet again amongst the lights of her dazzling beauty.*
"You should not have been addressed that way Selina. It was well deserved what they got. Though a quick death is too easy....perhaps next time you should make your kills a bit more....painful..."
*His nature of power and evil came through in his last words. He never thought a shot in the head was right; it was too quick, it never got one anywhere except in a hurry. Shrugging and grabbing a blanket, he layed it on the floor by the wall just a bit away from the corner.*
"You cold? There's another blanket I could grab...."
*He really wanted to get back to the subject he'd thought of before. So he brought up something in his past as he sat there.*
"You know....it always seems someone loses a thing or person they love dearly...and I've always wondered about my father's whereabouts, and my mother's face when i last saw her....hard to get it over I'd say.....but life goes on....dont you think?"

Evelyn didn't smile as Eric wiped her tears, she didn't need to. She could sense he knew what she felt deep down. They were finally reaching that intimate level, where they could sense what one another felt. It was almost frightening for Evelyn really. She had NEVER had this before, even with Luis. She had loved the man, that was certain, but not nearly as much as this, to the point where the mere thought of him leaving made her ache.
When he spoke to her again she sighed deeply, allowing herself to trust in his words, even if the more practical side didn't want to. She clung to him for dear life and kissed him once more before she simply attempted to sleep. Now she was too elated to sleep. Evelyn nudged his chin with the top of her head a bit, forcing him to allow her to rest her head in the crook of his neck. There she remained and wished she could forever.
For now it he was here and she wasn't letting him go. Not for anything in the world, he would stay, he would have to now. Evelyn would never survive if he did leave. She had been devastated before, now she would just simply give up. There was something in her that needed him desperately now, even if she did bite his head off occasionally.

Selina looked to Michael as he took up a blanket and went to a corner of the room. The ship lurched again and she slipped a bit, almost falling off the counter, but putting her feet down firmly before allowing it. Her green eyes scanned the room and looked at Michael, he was looking VERY tempting and Selina sighed heavily, hoping she could hold out from simply pouncing on him. Selina smiled at his words and sighed. "Well thank you, but actually, I could care less how painful it is, their death I mean." Selina said as she grabbed herself a blanket and sat away from him, not too far, but not within reaching distance, that would be too dangerous.
"I've always had to take men out of this world, a curse of mine really..." She said with a shrug. "The sooner they are out of my world, the better." Selina said with a small shrug looking to him. As he commented on losing his father and whatnot Selina bit her lip a bit. "Right. I agree...life goes on I suppose." She sighed heavily running a hand through her dark hair. "But...when you lose someone that gave you the ONLY bit of hope in the world...I, I jus'..." she began then cut herself off.
She was revealing too much. She shrugged it off, she could care less at the moment, besides, it seemed as if she could trust Michael, and if he turned on her, she could always kill the man she supposed. "I just cannot see how one can go on really." Selina looked him dead in the eyes and hurt shone through brilliantly.
Just then, the ship seemed to have hit a GIANT of a wave as the ship literally tilted backward. The candles slid and fell to the ground, turning out quickly, the lanterns that hung in the room fell with a crash and went dark, and Selina went tumbling violently into Michael. "My God..." She yelped a bit but then looked over her shoulder at Michael. The two were inches from eachother and darkness now engulfed them. "I am sorry Michael..." she said softly and pulled away a bit, but closed her eyes as if expecting him to simply pull her down with him.
Selina's heart beat quickened, and she swallowed hard. Her body was pressed against his large frame and she felt a tingle...it was almost TOO much to resist.

*Michael glanced curiously at Selina as she said she could care less on how their death ended. She was a mysterious lady, indeed she was. He had known that from the beginning. *
"Hmmm....welll, if you wish to rid of them, then I guess the quickest way would be a gunshot to the head...though I somewhat hope I'm not the same as they...."
*When she began revealing stuff, he kept his ears open for listening to her thoughts. so there WAS someone she had had in her life and lost somehow, someone very dear indeed. He sensed the hurt she had in her eyes and sympathized with her....she was ready to give up because someone was lost....someone that was really close indeed then....
*And then, another wave hit the ship, though this one had hit hard. the galley shuttered and the candles and lanterns went out. He suddenly felt Selina against him as she yelped. Looking around in the darkness, he could make out the shapes around him and Selina just up against him. Another wave. this time inside him, surged through his veins as he felt her up against him. His heart pounded in his chest, its beating quickening as he felt her edge away and say sorry. Unable to resist any longer, he edged almost right up against her, whispering words into ehr ears.*
"Don't give up Selina, never surrender..."
*And with that, he wrapped his arm around her waist, bringing his face up to hers, pausing once in apprehension on if she wanted this. When she showed no signs of resistance, he brought her down, with his arm, beside him, moving himself almost abover her and letting his lips go to hers. He kissed her passionately and deeply, letting his hand go to the side of her face, and then moving down to her neck and then around ehr shoulder area, caressing her skin as he pressed up against her again. There was no going back now, she had unleashed all the passion and lust hehad tried to keep away. Now, as he began to toy with the shirt buttons, he was lost in the moment, unable to draw away from Selina's beauty for a second.*

*Tobbs had a triumphant smile set on her lips when she had Jack beneath her this time around, making sure not to budge in case hed try something again. But the triumph faded in one sudden flash when he spoke.
'If ye wanted to be on top, luv, all you had to do was ask.'
*She wavered slighty, not comfortable, the realization dawning on her on just how close she was to him at the time, and how they both seemed to be there as they were. She really deeply liked the Captain, even loved him, yes, but she wasn't expecting this really; perhaps she had done something wrong...messed up somewhere....she closed her eyes as he let his finger trace along her back and neck and through her hair, chills running up her spine at the feel of it. She didn't know exactly what she was to do at this point.*
*Thinking over to herself the situation she put herself in, she bit her lip and wondered if she was feeling nervous about how the situation turned to be, or uncomfortable even, though she couldn't deny she loved being close to Jack....this, was just pointed out unexpectedly to her. When he spoke her eyes locked onto his.*
'Well now Miss Tobbs....was this what you had been planning all along? Ye know next time ye can just say so...'
*Tobbs needed to figure out his plan. Was he trying to trick her and capture a moment when she was unaware? Was he toying with her? Was he serious? Hiding the suspicious nervousness in her voice, she played it out as if she had no intention of losing track. She was determined.*
"Say so? And lose all the fun of getting the chance ta fight my way to the top? Where's the fun in that?...Plus"
*She added with a playful twist in her eyes,*
"That would mean no room for suprises..."
*And with that said, she let her fingers trace along his lips for a few seconds, her eyes full of tease yet slight nervusness, as if daring him to do something. Daring him on as a challenge. She couldn't figure out what to expect, what his plan was, or if he was serious. So she simply played along her reactions, watching him carefully.*

Sarah pulled out some biscuits and shared them with the crew as they began to set up a camp. She was rather tired and soon excused herself to a lean-to that Jack had made not far away. She felt alone in the jungle, and tossed and turned a bit, but eventually fell asleep. She woke up in the middle of the night with a start. She had had a dream about Maria, she had been standing on the edge of a cliff. Sarah tried to save her, but Maria jumped off before Sarah could reach her. Sarah grabbed her cloak and left her lean-to. She walked away from the camp, so that she could barely see the fire. She then fell to her knees crying. What if something happened to Maria? Why had Sarah left her? Sarah lean aganist a tree and cried herself to sleep.

* Maria's eyes followed Will as he sat on her bed. She didn't know what to do. She felt as if she should reach out and embrace him but then she couldn't bring herself to do it* " I'm fine.." * She turned away from him then turned back. The urge to get close was so irresistable she changed the subject in hope to take her mind of the matter* " You said the crew already left for the island.... Is that where you were going when I awoke?"

The ship lurched. Tasha continued to polish her pistol. She was sitting on the bed in her cabin. She ship lurched again, this time with more force. Tasha's candle fell off the table and she dropped her pistol. The candle continued burning and she quickly stepped on it so it wouldn't light the floor on fire. She set down her pistol and moved quickly to the door. It was raining hard outside. She grabbed her pistol and headed to the kitchens. Half way across the deck she changed her mind and went to the railing. The waves crashed hard aganist the boat. And when lighting lit up the sky it also lit up the sea, revealing fish near the surface. She saw what looked like a bigger fish not too far off. She walked a little towards it and waited for the next flash. It came soon and she saw that it wasn't a fish, but a body. It seemed to be a naval officer and she smiled. The less decent men in this world the better. She turned then and headed, once again, towards the kitchens.
