This will take place one year after the movie ends with Jack leaving Port Royal after his near hanging. Directly after the movie.....
Sometimes people should just keep their mouths shut. But well....Jack doesn't know what silence means....as Norrington has tried numerous times to impress upon the pirate......it's not working....a failed attempt at teaching a drunken pirate the rules of civility.....
Barbosa heard many things from Jack before the mutiny. One being about a treasure. A ancient Greek treasure. A Box of Immortality. It's what keeps the Greek gods.....well......gods....While sailing out of Tortuga on the Black Pearl Jack and his crew come across a tiny boat. A greek craft...something that in itself is odd....and inside of it is a young lady. A beautiful lady. Jack, well...being Jack decides to take her aboard. The lady doesn't talk at first, but little by little they learn her name is Callisto, a greek girl from Athens.
She knows the location of this Box. Jack, being a pirate, not a damn hero wants the Box for himself. He doesn't realize that taking it can offset th balance of things in a unfavorable manner.......nor does Barbossa...who's after it as well. Two gods decide to "help". Apollo and Hermes......the rest, well they do not think they need the help of "mere mortals" to overcome something so ridiclous as this.
But Jack wants to live forever....so does Barbossa and the obession is to great to be reasoned with. Driving his crew into danger, Jack's ready to risk life and limb for the posibility of becoming a god himself. That and shot at being renamed the God of Rum.

:Jack glanced at orestes, sensing that pent up sarcasim ready to bubble over and grinned at him. A dark grin, a warning that Orestes had opened a can of worm and Jack was goingto torment him endlessly with random questions and nearly drive the poor lad crazy. He was after all, Captain Jack Sparrow:

Emma had been fast asleep when suddenly a bit of shouting woke her up. She turned her head and stared as the crew looked overboard. "What in the bloody 'ell?" Emma asked herself as she rubbed her head and gave herself a few moments to truly wake up. "This be'er be interesting..." Emma groaned forcing her boots on. At some point she had taken them off of her feet and settled them on the deck nearby.
Heading over, she saw a rope and peered her green eyes over. She saw Evelyn down on a boat with someone. "Another one?" Emma asked herself silently. She lifted a brow and watched as the whole scene played out.

Evelyn shook the woman thouroughly. "Wake up." Eve said prodding the woman a bit. The woman shook her head a bit. Evelyn sighed, she should have stayed on deck, should have let someone else deal with this. "C'mon woman." Eve said with a deep sigh. This was a waste of time. Looking up at the crew she shook her head and looked back down. "Maybe she's dead?" she wondered, lifitng a brow. There was only one way to find out.
Just then there was a deafeaning slap and Eve smacked the woman hard across the face, enough to awake anyone, perhaps even if they were dead. The woman's eyes opened suddenly and fear crossed them. She said nothing, only stood up quickly on the boat, which swayed a bit. Eve fought to keep her balance. "Calm yerself, was only checkin' if ye were..." WHAP! The woman had punched Eve across the face. Evelyn's face swung to the side and she groaned. "Ouch." Eve said turning back to the woman, looking at her angrily. "What is yer problem? I was tryin' ta wake ye up, tha's all!"
Then the woman struggled as she tried to leave the boat. "Oh no ye don'! I'm not jumpin' in that water." Eve shuddered knowing how cold the sea could be. The woman made for the side and her weight tipped the boat.
With a splash the two women landed in the waters. Eve reached out and clutched the mysterious woman's wrist and pulled her towards her. "Oh no ye don'!" Eve told her and with the other hand Eve lifted the handle of the dagger high, and struck the woman hard enough on the head to knock her out.
Evelyn sighed and stared up. She grabbed the woman about the waist, and groaned. "Bloody wench. Now I'm all wet." Evelyn said. She was soaked and she hated being in this cold water. "Alright! Pull me up!" Her eyes stared at the woman angrily. "Ye better be bloody worth it." She growled in a low voice.

*Maria watched amusingly as the two fell into the water, by the looks of the person's long hair she thought it was probably a woman. Evelyn had wanted to be brought up so Maria shouted*"Pull 'er up!" * She said motioning her hands while her gaze still set over the side. * " Evy's not goin' to be 'appy.." *She said knwoing the moment she got back on deck she would harras the mysterious woman for getting her soaked*

*Eric peeked a dark brown eye out from beneath his arm as he glanced at the portal. The sky was pale as the sun was just beggining to rise. With a yawn he sat up slowly and hopped out of bed, slipping on his shirt and boots and splashing water over his face. He glanced at himself in the mirror then quickly ran a hand through his hair and adjusted his shirt.*[/color]
*Will rolled over with a groan and glanced at Eric through sleepy lids. He raised a brow as the man primped himself and he grunted.* Im sure she doesn't care what you look like Eric. *Will said, tossing his legs over the edge of the bed as he grinned at his friend.*
*Eric spun around startled by the sudden sound of Wills voice and he blushed and glared at him.* Im sure she doesnt and neither do I. *He said, suddenly realizing that he did care what she thought of his appearence. Why did he find himself thinking that way? He didn't care what anyone thought of him, at least not since Ashley left. He glanced around a moment then he cleared his throat and was about to make a defensive comment when suddenly he heard commotion on deck and around the side of the ship.*[/color]
*Wills eyes shot towards the door as the sound on deck increased and then he met eyes with his friend. Both men lingered for a moment then they rushed from the cabin and around to the side of the ship where they found Evelyn standing in a small boat with a cloaked woman. Will tipped his head to the side and glanced over at Jack, Maria, and the others that surrounded them.*
*Eric peered over the edge and down at Evelyn.* Evelyn be careful! *He said in a loud whisper then he quickly blushed and cleared his throat as he glanced around.* Well you know because you dont want to hurt the lass or anything. *He said quickly then his eyes grew wide as suddenly the woman punched Evelyn. He brought his hand to his mouth and wasn't sure whether to call after her or laugh. As the boat tipped over Eric spun around quickly and grabbed a rope, tossing it down to Evelyn and the woman in her grasp.* Can you hoist her up yourself or do you need help? *He asked.*[/color]

:Jack frowned and helped haul the two women back on deck. As they tumbled aboard Jack frowned: "Well now...she's still alive. That wasn't expected."
;He turned dark eyes on them both and went to help Evelyn up first: "Thank ye Evelyn." he said with a smile then turned to this new person. He offered her a hand and drew her upwards. He blinked once, and dropped her hand:

:her eyes were purple. for lack of a better word. They were a misty lavender gray the colors shifting and glittering.......:
:A face that looked as if it was to delicate to be out in the Caribbean sun, flawles and fair. At first glance one might think "elf" or "angel" but she was a human. Well, sort of. Callisto stared at the woman she had punched, then to the others. one of them offered her his hand. She took it and stood then he backed away.:
:Carefully she ducked her head, trying to block out the people around her. and gods! there were gods here too! Her eyes landed on Orestes and Roux, then back to Jack:
:years of being hunted had taught Calisto to keep her mouth shut and she did. She merely stared at them all. Her cloak falling away just enough to give them a glimpse of hair so sliverly white it looked like moonlight spun into silk threads:

Evelyn fell onto the deck with a thud an wrung out her hair quickly. She was helped up and nodded. "Right. Yer welcome Jack, but ye better keep tha' woman away from me right now, or I swear I'll strangle 'er!" Eve said forcefully pointing a finger at her accusingly. "An' she better apologize later." She said angrily and stepped back from her. She looked over at Eric and furrowed her brows. She knew he just wanted to burst out and laugh at her. "Ye think this is funny do ye?" Evelyn asked him stalking to the edge of the ship and wringing out her wet curls thoroughly.
Eve groaned. "Damn that woman...now I'm all...wet!" She said angrily. She continued to mutter a few curses under her breath as she took her boots off, and emptied their contents off the side of the ship.

*Maria stood back as the two came on board. Evelyn, as she was started her cursing but the woman hadn't said a word. She was fair yet quiet and even to the touch she hadn't done anything but seem to want to watch in third person. Maria thought it was odd for a woman, like her to be out here all alone.. What was she doing? How had she come to be here? These questions lingered in her mind and bothered her a great deal*

*Will and Eric stepped aside as Jack helped hoist the two women back on board. Will tilted his head to the side and gazed at the new woman with curious, yet cautious eyes. She was certainly far different than anyone he had ever seen before in his life and after spending time with Jack, that was saying a lot. He took another step back, away from the woman. He wasn't exactly feeling comfortable in her presence. In fact he was feeling uncomfortable in the presence of quite a few of the new crew memebers though he couldn't pinpoint why.*
*Eric stared at the new woman for a long time almost as if she was a figure in a dream, not in waking life. For a moment he wondered if she was. He rubbed his eyes and blinked them a moment but the scene before him didn't change and he glanced over at Evelyn with a raised brow. As she glared at him at shouted his grin returned and he couldnt help but laugh.* Well it was your fault you know. You didn't have to go into the boat and fetch her. *He said, grinning at her as he watched her attempt to dry herself off. He quickly laughed again and shook his head.*[/color]

Evelyn looked over at Eric and lifted a brow. "I bloody well know tha'! But someone had ta act fast, not just stare at the bloody thing." Eve said as she attempted to pull on a boot with both hands and fell over. Her cheeks colored a bit, but she stood abruptly. "I didn' see you doin' anythin' Eric." Eve said flatly with a smirk. "All ye did was stand here, askin' stupid quesitons like if I needed help pulling the woman aboard." Evelyn told him with a smile and checked to make sure everything was in place.
Evelyn's hand searched for her necklace and sighed with relief as she found it. Eve peered past him at the woman. She was beautiful, she'd give her that, but too much of a damned hassle in her opinion. Evelyn had noticed how Eric had stared at her, as if she were a vision and she frowned a bit. "Beautiful isn't she?" she asked trying to figure out what he thought of her. She shivered a bit, but with the rising sun she knew she would be alright.

*Eric stopped laughing as Evelyn spoke but his grin remained as he folded his arms across his chest and glanced around. When she finished talking he sighed heavily.* If you would start thinking before you do stuff maybe I would of had a chance to go after her first. *He stated then glanced over at Callisto as she stated that the woman was beautiful. His eyes lingered upon the new woman for a second then he glanced back over at Evelyn and shrugged.* If you ask me she's slightly creepy. *He whispered, leaning in closer to Evelyn as not to allow the other woman to hear his words.* And besides I've always had a fondness for women with natural beauty. *He said, eyeing Evelyn out of the corner of his eye, letting her take his comment however she wished.*[/color]

Evelyn looked the woman over. She would definately be catching a bit of attention, and her eyes were spectacular. Eve couldn't help but sense a sort of grudge growing against her. Not only was she more beautiful, but the woman had punched her across the face, and for no good reason.
She stood next to Eric as he spoke and leaned towards her. Her eyes followed his as he glanced at her and she paused for a moment. Evelyn considered this for a moment. He couldn't be talking about her...could he? Eve shook her head a bit and sighed. "Yer right I guess. Too much...I dunno, jus' too much I s'ppose." Evelyn said with a sigh and nudging him. "But don' deny it, ye do think she's pretty, at least." Evelyn smiled, standing a bit closer to him, trying to catch the bit of body heat that emanated from him.
She was still drenched but she'd be fine. Her eyes stared around. "Did I tell ye, Em and I are havin' a drinkin' contest?" Evelyn told him lifting a brow. "In Tortuga as a matter of fact. She beat me las' time, but I'm afraid she's gettin' too proud fer her own good." Eve said glancing at Emma and then back at him.
Evelyn was still considering his comment and combed a hand through her hair, looking Eric over she notied his hair wasn't a complete mess this mornin'. "What were ye? Bloody primpin' in the mirror?" Eve teased and rubbed a hand in his hair to mess it up a bit. Evelyn rather liked his messier look, his dark golden locks were just better when they were tossed about a bit. But at the same time, she caught herself combing through her chocolate curls.

*Erics eyes drifted back towards the strange woman and he looked her over from head to toe as Evelyn asked him again if he thought this new woman was pretty. There was something alluring about her, she almost seemed untouchable.* She's pretty in her own way. *He said, glancing back at Evelyn. Then he grinned.* Why, are you jealous of her? *He asked, folding his arms again as she stepped closer to him. He laughed warmly as she brought up the drinking contest she was going to have with Emma in Tortuga and he shook his head slowly.* A drinking contest hum? Well that'll deffinantly be interesting to see! *He exclaimed. He wondered how she acted after having a bit too much rum. She was fiesty enough without a drink, he was almost worried to see her with one! And Emma too. When she suddenly asked if he had primped that morning he gasped then blushed and coughed nervously.* No I didn't primp. *He said, glancing up as she ruffled his hair with her hand. He raised a brow as she combed her fingers through her own curls and he grinned, leaning against the railing as he watched her. He was beginning to enjoy her presence more and more, even if he was slightly nervous around her. Not nervous because of her temper or quick wit, but because he found himself attracted to her and after Ashley, he never thought that would happen to him again.* Ah now who's primping! *He said laughing suddenly.*[/color]

Evelyn peered over at Eric as he spoke. "Jealous? O' course I am! That woman could stop a man dead in 'is tracks, I know that, you know that, the whole bloody crew knows that!" Eve told him furiously. She spat a bit. "But I bet she can' do much else." Eve told him giving him a smirk. "Ah, the drinkin' contest...indeed it'll be interestin'...which leads me ta ask ye somethin' mate. Seein' as how we're going to be in Tortuga and all I'm gonna need someone ta spot me, jus' in case I pass out, or get in a fight, or start swearin' at someone, or possibly try and punch out the wrong man....I mean I may get rash when I'm drunk and I know my limits, so I'll need somone to help me stay out of too much trouble." Evelyn said biting her nails a bit.
As he told her he hadn't primped she shook her head. "O' course ye didn'." Evelyn said as she backed up against the walls of the ship and sat on the edge. As he told her she was primping, Evelyn stopped. " 'M NOT primpin'!" Evelyn told him sternly. "I was just...makin' sure I got all the water out of my hair, tha's all." Evelyn told him firmly crossing her arms, but then felt herself teeter on the edge of the ship. "Ah!" Eve called as she waved her arms wildly, attempting to steady herself, desperately not wanting to go into the icy waters again.
