A year has passed since the events concerning the gods of Greece. Since then Jack and the crew’s lives had been quite uneventful, well as uneventful as a pirate life can get that is. With a few new crew members, Jack has sailed his crew to hell and back, pillaging, plundering, and gaining quite the notorious reputation. However, one not so scheduled trip to England, and to Evelyn’s home town, has brought about a new treasure to seek, a new endeavor, and possibly the next great adventure for Jack Sparrow and those aboard the Black Pearl.
A map has been found, once believed to be lost to the infernos of a previous pirate raid. A map revealing the location of a treasure TOO good to pass up, despite the warnings of a curse within it, an entire city of gold is a bit hard to pass up. With the map both in Evelyn’s trusted memory, and in Jack’s hand his crew are ready to go to hell, quite literally, and back for a piece of this city of gold.
Meanwhile, Barbossa hasn’t missed a beat, and although he was beaten to the ultimate relic last time, this time it is HE who has the upper hand. Although Jack and crew know about the treasure, they remain oblivious to the true power resting there, the Dagger of Curunin, an ancient dagger that posses the power to send those it kills to the Underworld, a hellish purgatory until the ending of the world. Barbossa’s thirst for vengeance is all but insatiable, and it is for THIS reason Bossa also makes for Central America, hoping through simply wandering about he too can find this city of Gold and the dagger which would finally give Jack Sparrow his due.
When Barbossa finds Jack Sparrow also in the jungles however and learns of Evelyn’s knowledge as to the location of the gold he concocts an evil plan that would not only give him the way to the City of Gold, but also an edge in the never ending battle between Barbossa’s crew and Jack’s. It’s a scramble and tangle to riches and relics…with not only eachother to compete with, but also the jungles themselves who also have threats within them that neither crew has even begun to prepare for…
Rules:
1. no spamming 2. ALWAYS STAY IN CHARACTER 3. NO cursing!!!! 4. Common curtesy is a must 5. NO GODMODING (unless otherwise stated) 6. have fun maties -Plot credited to Evy and Bossa
Current Going ons... *cackle* we got in a fight with the local human eating natives....we're a bit beat up and whatnot...and Barbossa still has to haul his undead arse over to find us and cause trouble.... #nosmileys#nosmileys

*Eric smirked at her first comment and shook his hair out a bit. He was about to smart off to her when she was suddenly on him in a flash and thrust him under the water. He came back up sputtering, putting his hands up to shield him from the water she was splashing at him. When she quit he grinned and splashed her back.* I love your pet names. *He grunted as she called him a bastard for the millionth time since he'd known her. It was starting to practically become a nickname!
He glanced around himself once more as she began to swam away and followed her a moment later. It wasn't a difficult task for him at all to wade through the river considering it came up to only his mid chest. He found it amusing however that only Evelyns head and shoulders peeked out from the clear glassy surface of the water.
Suddenly Evelyn spun around and glarred at him. He gave her an odd look.* What in bloody hell are you looking at me like that for? *He asked, glarring back at her.* Did you just....nibble on me?[/color] *She asked annoyed. He raised a brow and laughed, shaking his head.* No...why? *He asked when suddenly he felt something bite his leg, once, twice, again. He peered down into the water and his eyes widened at the sight of dozens of fish beginning to swarm about him and Evelyn.* OH HELL! EVY GO! *He cried, suddenly putting two and two together.* Pirahna!

*Tobbs nodded slightly when he asked if twas Nightmares. She really wouldnt have wanted to go into details at the moment, but perhaps...maybe she could tell him something later...maybe he'd gone through something that he could advise her about that would help...No matter, right now she didn't let it concern her.*
*She watched him yawn and she could tell, just by watching his face, gazing in his eyes, that he was growing tired or more tired. She gave another nod and didn't argue when he told her to sleep. She didn't have the energy to fight...for admitting it, she was pretty worn out too.*
*She nestled up next to him and closed her eyes, smiling when he said the natives wouldnt like the taste of him and not chase after them because of it. She wouldn't let him go anywhere else without her waking up on it, she told herself. She, while wanting to assure herself he'd wake too, wished for him to sleep, for he seemed awfully tired.*
"Alrigh' then....savvy Captain..."
*Sighing once more, and forgetting the aching of wearyness and light pain in her shoulder, she focused on Jack's breathing to drift her off to sleep. And oddly enough, she was silent the whole time she rested.*

Evelyn had turned when she had suddenly felt a nibble on her shoulder. She furrowed her brows and looked at him curiously. A small sly smirk was on her face but it was odd nonetheless. "Did you just...nibble on me?" she asked him lifting a curved brow. Then he shouted at her and Evelyn's eyes widnened. "Bloody 'ell!!!!" Evelyn cried as she tried desperately to swim against the river's current, however at this pace, Eve's feet barely were touching the bottom and she had to fight against the current.
Meanwhile, she sensed a few more bites and she cringed a bit. "This was BLOODY brilliante Eric! Figures YOU would get us both romantically involved while swimming with deadly, hungry, FISH!" Evelyn barked at him as she struggled to reached the banks of the river. She kicked at the small schools of pirahna's gather about her and groaned. Her eyes scanning downward but then finally reaching the banks of the river with Eric close by.
With that Evelyn fell onto the banks sputtering water and coughed. Her eyes glared at Eric momentarily and then she shook her head. "Ye bloody idiot..." she laughed as she looked her legs over while laying down and looking straight up into the tangle of greenery above them. "Ye know, I love ye Eric, really...but I fear for my bloody saftey AROUND you as much as I do away from ye." She told him only turning her head towards him and giving him a wink.
Eve whiped the curls away from her face and sighed heavily. She closed her eyes and shook her head slightly but laughed. He was an idiot...but sadly, she loved him for it...
When she took in a few breaths she spoke again. "Ye know, if we EVER had children mate, I'd HOPE they'd get my bloody common sense..." she joked but deep down she pondered it for a moment and blinked. It had been the first time she had EVER mentioned having children with him, but somehow, the thought didn't frighten her too much.

::Of course Jack couldn't close his eyes much longer then two seconds before Eric and Evy came leaping out of who only knows where, looking distinctly....wet..and nibbled on?::
::Jack smirked lightly: "Ah...so ye discovered the local fish like the taste of human too, eh?" He laughed and then closed his bleary eyes again. Man when would it end? He chuckled to himself and just let himself sleep a bit longer. Just a bit longer.....::
::When he woke up again it was early morning...a hour or so past dawn. Paul, Fishy's monkey he had noted from eariler was poking at his face.::
"Hey...off....I don't have any bugs for you..." He brushed hte monkey away lightly. He yawned, glad to see everyone alive...whole..for the most part.....if not confused and somewhat grumpy. Like he blamed them...::
::Tobbs was still sleeping lightly. He gave her a gentle nudge: "Wake up there...." He said softly. "Morning is here. Time to go back to camp and find me a shirt...and some rum..."
::He yawned again, still clearly tired. He was used to the sea rocking him to sleep.....not sleeping on solid ground...felt strange....So did having someone sleep so close to him. He looked at Tobbs asshe began to wake up. strange...::
"anyone ready to find a city of gold?" He asked to the generally exhausted crowd:::

*Eric made sure that Evelyn was up ahead of him before he began swimming towards the shore. He tried walking against it to keep a good portion of his body out of the water but it was proving more difficult than he thought so instead he swam in breast stroke style, kicking his legs furiously to keep the rather hungry fish from him. Maybe they were going to end up as a meal afterall!* Like I knew there were pirahna in the water! And besides if I had, I wouldn't have come in after you so quick. *He snikered.
But in reality he felt bad and obviously felt foolish. This seemed more like something Will would have done, not him exactly. He gasped and cried out, swatting at a fish that had gotten a little too close to his "childrens future" and he flung himself onto the bank quickly, rolling over on his back as Evelyn had and took a few moments to return to normal.* Well that was interesting. *He said, tipping his head towards her to meet her gaze.
He laughed warmly and looked back at the stars.* I love you too, Evelyn but you have to admit...you've gotten the two of us into some pretty insane situations too. *He grinned and sighed. She was one stubborn woman but for some strange reason that was one reason he loved her so much. Then suddenly she mentioned children. Eric raised a brow and gave her a nervous, side long glance.* Uh yeah...kids...your common sense. *He stuttered, clearing his throat.
However as he glanced at her again he blinked a moment and grinned slightly.* Well hopefully they'd never have your stubborness. Yours is more than enough to put up with. *He laughed.*

*Elizabeth yawned lightly and smiled down at Will, taking a seat where he gestured and leaning back against him, closing her eyes and letting her hand fall into his.*
"Goodnight Will. Get some rest too; tomorrow will no doubtedly be long."
*Snuggling against him, she drifted off to sleep until the mornign came. When it did, she let her eyes slowly open, taking in the brightening light. She stood carefully, so not to wake Will yet, and stretched before straightening herself out. She felt ill at first, very ill, but it soon subsided. The night was rather a quick frenzy, and so she redid her hair neatly and smoothed her clothes over, gazing down at Will when everyone began waking up.*
"Will dear, time to wake up. I think we should be heading for the camp, don't you?"
*She had knelt down and placed her hand on his cheek. Rising and holding out her hand, she smiled mischeviously and her brow rose as if cued by a thought.*
"I wonder what sort of things we'll run into today. If the natives come back for some daft reason, I'll be sure to give them advice on ho to properly greet visitors. And by the looks of Eric and Evelyn, I'd say we're going to face a few more ventures indeed."

*Tobbs had opened her eyes briefly for a second when she heard Jack moving a bit beside her. But a bit tired really from not sleeping as much, she closed them again, drifting off into the light sleep she'd grown accostumed to.*
*When she was nudged, she opened her eyes slowly and looked up at him, smiling sleepily and whispering, as if she didn't want to break the morning's peacefulness.*
"Can' we just sleep in? Ya don' need yer shirt, you look perfectly fine like tha'...rum...well maybe..."
*She sat up and blinked a few times, tying her hair back just to stay out of ehr face for the mornign until they got to camp. Standing and stretching, she muttered at the soreness in her shoulder and shrugged it off.*
'anyone ready to find a city of gold?'
*Tobbs smile returned, and she went next to him and rested her head on his shoulder.*
"If I say no, can we go back to sleep?"
*She glanced up at him and laughed softly, shaking her head in a knowing way.*
"I knew it wouldn' count. No matter, the water and food's back at camp. Might as well 'ead there first before we decide on catching those fish Eric and Evy encountered; don't think they'd be enjoyable somehow...."

::Jack smirked a little nad stood, helping Tobbs to her feet.: "Now we can't come all this way, nearly get eaten and killed for nothing now can we?" Jack asked with a touch of humor and looked over the general group. Everyone looked tired.
"Well...lets get going no use stayin here...everyone ready? come on then." Jack said and began trampling through the forest. He had a general idea of where the camp had been....he thought he knew in any case....::
::and sure enough....about two hours laterthey came back to the camp. Jack found a shirt and put it on at once. Then took a deep drink of rum from his flask before offering it around ot anyone how wanted some::
"Alright..well..." Jack pulled the map from his hat and looked it over once or twice before pointing due North West....:: "This way....come on then...."

Sarah had continued sleeping near the camp when the group left to fight the cannibals. When the returned Sarah woke and began following Jack. Sarah looked around at her crew. They all looked exhausted and she felt bad that she had gotten a whole day's worth of sleep when it looked as if they had none. She soon found Kalin and questioned him about what had happened while she slept. Kalin, where did everyone go? I woke up and you were all gone.

((Sorry if this post is completely off track, someone please correct me if it is!))
Tasha heard people shouting from above on deck. She had fallen asleep in the galleys and went to grab her pistol as she got up, it wasn't were she left it. She went to grab her sword, which also wasn't there. She could feel the knife she always left, hidden in her boot, and she moved to grab it she looked around to see where her sword and pistol could be. Someone grabbed her from behind and twisted her arm as the pulled her up. She threw her hand aganist the wall, causing her to drop the knife and blood to run down her hand. The voice of the person holding her sounded familiar, but she couldn't place it. They dragged onto the deck where she saw Selina and Micheal struggling with members of the crew. What's happening here? Tasha struggled but two more crew members came over to cover the man holding her. She struggled more so, slowly moving towards Selina. Selina, what's happening here? Is it a mutiny? Looked around for Barbossa, but couldn't see him in the sea of pirates.

Selina growled as she tossed about a bit among the crew and she stared around a bit. Her green eyes gave an evil glare to all that surrounded her and she shoved a few of them away as they finally released her upon hearing Michael's voice. It seems they had not forgotten Michael's presence, nor could they ignore it really. He was a powerful presence indeed. As he joined her side and took hold of her hand, she used the other to hold her shirt to her, a few of the buttons had come loose and she wasn't about to allow anyone a small glimpse of her.
As the shouting grew louder Selina looked to Tasha as she came near her and she looked her over then huffed. "I do not know." Selina said simply to her. She really wasn't sure what would happen, but looking up at Micahael she smiled slightly and squeezed his hand a bit. Just then, the Captain bursted out from his cabin and looked around.
"Who the 'ell is botherin' me?!" Barbossa bursted out and looked before him blinking at Selina and Michael, then looking around the angry mob of people. "This WENCH was in our bloody galley! She locked the door and used it fer 'er OWN dirty purposes!" A random crewmate spat at her and looked to the Captain. Another large man stood out from the crowd with a booming voice that echoed above the crowd. "She is BAD luck!" "WORSE!" Came another shout. More agreeing went around and Selina shook her head.
"NO! It was not my fault...but..." she struggled to find the words for what she had done. "The door locked on its own!" She shouted and more angry calls came her way. "I do not need to explain myself..." Selina stated plainly. "My enemies..." She began, glaring at the crew with deadly emerald eyes. "Will not belive me, and my allies should not REQUIRE that I explain myself." She stated calmly but more of an uproar rose.
Barbossa sighed and looked Selina over. She was a valuable asset really, he couldn't deny that. She held her own muscle wise, but in pure spirit she made up for MORE than her fair share. That and she spoke perfect Spanish, making it easy for him to extract info from many of the Spanish ships they raid time and time again. Just as he was considering what to do really there was a shout from the crow's nest. "LAND HO! America's in sight!"
Quickly that drew the crew's attention away and they ran to the side of the ship. "RIGHT! City of Gold mates! Get on with it ye scallywags an' set the course fer it! I wanna reach tha' land a'fore the sun melts!" Barbossa called out at the crew with a yellowed grin. Then looking down at Selina with a bit of disappointment he shook his head. "Ye got saved THIS time." He told her with a warning glare, straightened his hat and then disappeared into his cabin once more.

* Maria stayed awake. Her eyes never longing to droop with weariness. She leaned against the tree as she studied the lines in her hand each one telling a part of the story. She walked around the camp for a moment, kicking the dirt up and throwing stones. She was still indeed a child at heart but she was also indeed a woman who was an independent. When she returned to camp it was already becoming light. The crew was getting ready to move on. She siad nothing but followed, every so often glancing over her shoulder*

Evelyn looked over at Eric as he seemingly tensed up at her mention of children. She lifted a brow and smirked. "So ye DO love me then, eh?" She asked him as she rolled over on her stomach and nudged him a bit. "My stubborness?" she asked him lifting her brows and blinking as she looked over his face a bit. She sighed heavily, suddenly remembering why she had been angry at him really and that bad feeling settled over her. She made over to Eric a bit and sighed again, not allowing herself to get angry again and then closed her eyes a bit.
"Well, 's long as they don' end up with yer BRILLIANT ideas, we'll be fine I guess." She told him with a smile. The idea of someday having children with Eric made Evelyn grin, but she wasn't sure if that would EVER happen really. She had always doubted she'd EVER have children. Even now, the possibility of Eric leaving her still lingered and she turned away from the thought.
She laid her head upon his chest and closed her eyes a bit, dozing off for but an hour or so before she had to wake. When she had, she was still a bit soaked but nonetheless a bit rested up now. Evelyn stood groggily and looked to her wound, the rag had become quite bloody and unsightful so she took it off, dipped it into the cool waters, and then wrapped about her arm again. "Right then mate...let's go." She told Eric as she gave him a hand up and then marched closely by his side, taking a swig from her rum flask and following Jack.

Tasha was thrown to the ground as Captain Barbossa yelled 'Land Ho'. Tasha wasn't sure why she was grabbed anyway. She grabbed her sword and pistol which were thrown on the ground and moved towards Selina. So that's what it was all about aye? I hope you had a good night 'cause my bloody hands bleedin' for it. Tasha said this kiddingly, her hand didn't really hurt. She found the whole situation rather amusing though. She looked towards the shoreline that was a little ways away. She couldn't wait to land. A whole city full of gold! She had hoped she could find a golden pistol of some sort, to shoot the bloody pirate that hurt her hand...
