*Taking hold of her hand he gave her a reassuring smile and quick kiss on the cheek. slowly he led her across the hold, and began up the small stairs onto the deck. When he'd first thought of this he knew nothing could go wrong but now he wasn't so sure. Though maybe she was right, if they let it be known that they were on board the captain would go easier on them than if they were simply found. With that thought stuck well into his mind he looked back at her with one last quick smile.* Everything will be fine, I promise. *He said, hoping it would comfort and make her feel better about this whole deal. Now there was only one thing left to do. Giving her hand a gentle squeeze he went up the steps the rest of the way on to the main deck, Arayel right behind him. Stopping once they were both on deck he looked up at the storm-churned sky and then to her. Pulling her up agaisnt him he put one arm around her shoulders, knowing that she'd be at least a bit frightened by it.* Are ye ok, love? *He asked, a slight bit of worry lacing his voice.*

*She smiled back at him, the soft kiss assauging her fear somewhat, and followed him as he made his way across the hold. Perhaps she was wrong to be so worried, he had been so confident that not a thing could go wrong with his plan. Surely Captain Sparrow was a reasonable man, right? She looked up out of her thoughts when he paused before her, and smiled at him once again, nodding her head slightly to his reassurance. She followed him the rest of the way up the set of stairs, but when they emerged on deck she stood stock still. The look on her face something akin to a frightened rabbit. Mason seemed to notice this, as he pulled her close. the sound of worry in his voice rousing her from her frightened stupor* Aye love, *She whispered, finally looking about the storm soaked deck. The rain pelting the both of them hard, thoroughly soaking them in a matter of moments. She wiped at her hair, drenched red ringlets sticking slightly to her forhead.* I'll be fine, it seems that there's a bit of a commotion none to far off. *She said, indicating the small group of people clustered around what appeared to be a young woman sitting on the deck.*

*As Will found his way up on the deck it only took a few moments for his drying clothes to soak through again. As he glanced around he realized what the commotion had been about that he had heard just a few moments ago. There was a new face on board he hadn't seen before. Obviously a lone sailor who'd now been rescued from the storm. It was a young woman who was certainly needing a bit of help.
However his mind was elsewhere at the moment. He needed to find his wife and make sure that she was alright considering he hadn't seen her since the storm began. His dark eyes darted about the ships deck and finally he spotted her, standing with the others gathered around the new woman. He rushed over to her, wrapping an arm about her waist.* Elizabeth! For a moment I thought you had went overboard. You should be below decks you know. *He smiled, blinking at her through the rain. She laughed and smiled back at him.* I should be below decks? Do you not know me at all. *She asked, her smile growing.
Will grinned at her and shrugged. He knew she liked being where the action was but that still didnt keep him from trying to protect her, or keep her away from the worst of things. He looked at her with pleading eyes and she sighed.* If it will make you feel better I'll go to our cabin. I'm a little sleepy anyways and all this rocking the ship is doing isn't helping me much. *She said, placing a hand on her stomach that still felt rather queasy.* You'll feel better once your in bed and your warm and dry. *He said, shouting above the sudden crack of thunder. He guided her into their cabin where they quickly slipped into dryer clothes for the night and slid into bed.
Will yawned and leaned over, blowing out the candles as Elizabeth curled up against him. It wasn't long before she fell asleep. As Will listened to her quiet, rythmic breathing he too drifted off.*

Mark looked down at the woman that Jack had rescued. She seemed kind of foolish to him. Sailing on a puny boat like that was like asking to die in even the smallest storm. But he figured this would make her think twice about doing that again. He figured she would be hungry so he rushed to the kitchen to prepare her a hot meal. There was no more ham left, so he did the best he could. He made an omlete for her and some tea. He broke an egg or two into a skillet and cursed when a piece of shell got in it. He managed to burn his fingers when he tried to pull it out.
"Bloody 'ell! You damn eggs!"
Mark yelled at the eggs. He finally finished the omlete and prepared some tea. He tried to find a tray so he could take it to her. After a time he found one and placed the food on it. He walked around untill he found where she was and he handed her the tray.
" 'ere you go mate. I figured you'd be hungry so I made you something to eat. What in the name of all that is Holy were you doing out there on that small of a boat in this kind of weather? In fact why were out this far from shore?"
Mark asked raising a brow. He figured the woman was either crazy or suicidal. But he waited for her response before he made up his mind.

( ok...trying to catch up and react as much as I can. Hope you guys like it. Fishy...I'll get to you soon enough, I promise and good to see you mate!!!))
::Jack took all the jesting in stride and looked down at the collasped woman with some mix of concern of confusion::
"Well...best be gettin her below deck, and nodded at Roux:: "Would you please?" He asked, and without waiting for a answer and being cold himself he hurried into his own cabin to find some rum and warm up::
:once there he peeled his soaking shirt off, and went for a flask of rum. He downed a few good sized swallows before going back out on deck, shirt in hand and bumped into two stow aways. Mason and Arayal. Of course he didn't know their names, but suddenly his dark eyes grew very narrow and steely::
::He had learned long ago that not everyone could be trusted. Of course. But.....he frowned and before either of the two could blink he had his pistol drawn and at their eye level:: "So.....might ye be explaining yer presence on my ship?"

* Maria opened her eyes and tried sitting up on her bed. Her head fell back into the wall making a loud thumping noise. She jerked it back and rubbed it* " Damnit.." * She said silently. Maria swung her legs over to the side and tried to lift herself up. She stood then fell back.* " i guess I have to do this slow.." * She said putting out one foot then standing up. It hurt like bloody hell and she sent out a peircing scream before falling on her knees to the ground. She was growing weak, she didn't know why..*

Roux laughed lightly at the mention of Jack's questionable sanity. or lack of it and smiled.
When the captain asked him to take the young girl below deck he did so without hesitation. He scooped her up easily enough and looked around for some open space. He found a relativly empty room and laid her down on the small cot.
Then taking pity on her he bundled her up in two blankets and closed the door, trusting she'd wake on her own time.
Then he made his way back on deck, only to find Jack with a pistol drawn and aimed at two people he'd never seen before.

Lily just laughed and walked away a few moments later, after Jack was back on board and being poked at by his crew. She found a somewhat dry place to sit down, which was in the ship's galley.
It was a bit warmer here too. she stood near the rickey oven and rubbed her hands together, keeping them warm. Then she yawned, and sat down, listening to the roar of the storm outside;

Sarah heard a scream and turned quickly to see where it came from. It seemed to have come from one of the cabins and she suddenly remembered Maria, she hadn't seem since they had their little drinking party below deck. She turned back to Rhys, but figured she was in good hands and went running to Maria's cabin. She found Maria and the floor and quickly helped her up onto her bed. Maria mate, what's wrong? Are you not feeling well? Oh it's the rum isn't it? I shouldn't have made you drink it I'm sorry. Sarah felt tears coming to her eyes, but quickly blinked them away. She hated rum, why did she make her friend drink it? If anything happened to Maria because of Sarah's mistake, she couldn't live with herself. Sarah wet a cloth and dabbed Maria's forehead with it.

*Mason tilted his head to one side as one eyebrow raised questioningly. He nodded slightly in response to Jacks question before responding.* Well cap'n, I'd be happy to explain, but first I must say something. No offanse to you, but isn't it rather stupid to be up here without a shirt? *He gestured around towards the dark clouds, and the churning waters caused by the storm. Figuring he had made his point he took hold of Arayel's hand and continued.* And as for why we're here, I have simply always been fascinated by you, and The Black Pearl, and wish to join your crew. By the way my name is Mason, and this is Arayel, my love. That is the reason she is here, simply cause she would not let me come alone. I suppose that's everything... *He gave Arayels hand a little squeeze, wondering how the captain would react to what he'd just said. He was actually wondereing if he'd even managed to say what he'd meant to.*

::Jack's eyes stayed narrowed, and he smirked darkly at the mention of running around without a shirt in the middle of a storm::
"I've heard of stupider things being done....ask my friend Will Turner.....and stowin' away on a pirate ship for a day an' expectin to be welcomed is another one, mate....."
::All the same he eyed the two carefully and finally lowered his pistol.: "But I'm not one to force two people overboard in the middle of a storm either...or I may have not learned my lesson from a few years ago....madness and brillance runs closes parallels in the Caribbean."
::He gave a lopsided bow and straightened with a edged grace: "Welcome aboard the Black Pearl. I'm Captain Jack Sparrow.....if you prove to be no trouble aboard, you can stay.....if not, you'll regret it."
::Jack gestured to the door leading below decks:: "Find yerselves a spare room, if ye can, and come on deck once the storm is over....we won't need you till then...my crew knows there jobs and can handle this storm alone...." He turned and walked away, seeking out a dry shirt::

*Arayel's breath caught, still in her chest, at the site of the pistol. At that point, she decided it would be best to let Mason handle the situation... While silently praying to the powers that be they didn't both get shot. She listened to both men talk while eyeing the pistol nervously, though she did slap Mason lightly on the shoulder when he called the captain stupid for not wearing a shirt. Whether he had a point or not wasn't the issue.* Mase, honey are ye trying to get us shot? *She hissed into his ear. Though she calmed once he squeezed her hand, and smiled a little at the way he introduced her. Not to mention breathing a sigh of relief when the weapon was lowered. She was about to thank Captain Sparrow for at least giving them a chance, when the man walked off before she could so much as open her mouth. Leaving her slightly baffled. She turned to eye the man who had approached shortly before Jack departed.* He always like that? *She asked Roux, before another ill timed clap of thunder had her squeezing Mason from behind, her face pressed against his shoulderblade as she whimpered.* Mase, love, can we please take the cap'n's suggetion and find someplace we can dry off, and get warm at? *She pleaded with him as she trembled with cold.*

* Maria lifted her head up as Sarah entered her room. She watched as Sarah frantically apoloized at her side for making her drink the rum. Tears rolled down Sarahs cheeks. Maria was too confused to speak, she couldn't understand a work Sarah had said.* " S' not the rum, Sarah, b'leive me... Its these legs." * She slapped her thigh and tried to hold the scream in.* " They just ache and won't move, I think 'm catchin' somethin'..."

::Jack had over heard Arayel's comment, smirked to himself when he saw yet ANOTHER little boat in the water. What was this? A dinky leaky boat day? or where there just a incredibly large number of stupid people on the open seas?::
::Figuring he was in fact wet enough right now, and hell...he could use another good swim, just in case he wasn't water logged enough....he dived straight back into the water.....this time being less intelligent by not tying himself to a rope. He cursed as he hit the water and realized this::
::Well to hell with it now...and he began swimming...and pulled himself up in the little boat and glared doggdly at the occupant:: "Fine storm.....ye forget yer bigger ship mate?" He asked and looked towards the Pearl, knowing someone would come up with a brillant way of gettin' him and Fishy aboard::
::at least he hoped that they would::

Roux looked at Arayel and mason gave the young lady a golden eyed stare for a moment then smiled.
"He's a good man. A good captain. You'll see."
And as if Jack were thrwoing those words in Roux's face he heard a second splash of water and Jack was no place to be seen. Roux swore loudly and looked over the side and in that second seriously considered tying the Captain up for his own good.
"ARE YOU CRAZY?!" He shoutd at Jack over the gail winds and began tying a rope to the mast and getting ready to toss it out to them.
