This will take place one year after the movie ends with Jack leaving Port Royal after his near hanging. Directly after the movie.....
Sometimes people should just keep their mouths shut. But well....Jack doesn't know what silence means....as Norrington has tried numerous times to impress upon the pirate......it's not working....a failed attempt at teaching a drunken pirate the rules of civility.....
Barbosa heard many things from Jack before the mutiny. One being about a treasure. A ancient Greek treasure. A Box of Immortality. It's what keeps the Greek gods.....well......gods....While sailing out of Tortuga on the Black Pearl Jack and his crew come across a tiny boat.
A greek craft...something that in itself is odd....and inside of it is a young lady. A beautiful lady. Jack, well...being Jack decides to take her aboard. The lady doesn't talk at first, but little by little they learn her name is Callisto, a greek girl from Athens.
She knows the location of this Box. Jack, being a pirate, not a damn hero wants the Box for himself. He doesn't realize that taking it can offset th balance of things in a unfavorable manner.......nor does Barbossa...who's after it as well. Two gods decide to "help". Apollo and Hermes......the rest, well they do not think they need the help of "mere mortals" to overcome something so ridiclous as this.
But Jack wants to live forever....so does Barbossa and the obession is to great to be reasoned with. Driving his crew into danger, Jack's ready to risk life and limb for the posibility of becoming a god himself. That and shot at being renamed the God of Rum.
Rules:
1. no spamming 2. ALWAYS STAY IN CHARACTER 3. NO cursing!!!! 4. Common curtesy is a must 5. NO GODMODING (unless otherwise stated) 6. have fun maties note: maties..this be a loose story plot...some things can change..but it's not likely....enjoy.....

:Jack nodded, looked at his crew who was assembled and muttered: "Right.....i'm going after a nice little ship called "Hell's Revenge." most of the crew will be good and drunk by now......best be on our ways, savvy?"
:and so saying, Jack left the room, leaving those who wished to follow, follow. His mind was on the Pearl and getting her back. Once on teh docks, Jack's dark eyes flickered with tension. Then he loked at his crew.:
"there's only two men aborad as watch.....we kill or silence them both and open sails. there's a good wind.we can catch up in no time. problem is, I'm not to certain of how much of a fighting ship she is....but I suppose we could always load the guns with cut glass, sliver...anything we've got.....I'm sure Mr. Turner will have some ideas...."
;That said, Jack drew his sword, and sank into the shadows, ready to take a ship....."

< don't know why I'm reposting these...no reason really...thank Tobbs>
:Kora was sleeping when men started attacking the Pearl. Still dazed from her bout with sea sickness, she crawled from her bunk and threw on any clothes that were near. Grabbing her sword and daggar's the haphazardly ran to get on deck, but she couldn't. There were too many people and who was she to fight so many? She was just a girl after all. Kora was afraid for her life at seeing these hardened men. Clutching a daggar in each hand, she carefully made her way unseen to a small storage area. She prayed that the boxes would hide her from the intruders. Then her mind switched to Linea, what of her cousin.:
I knew I shouldn't have brought her. I didn't want anything to happen to her, and now look what's happened. Damn it all! I hope she got away, and I hope I get away with my life. Let's just hope no one finds me here. That's all that I want.
Time passed and the fighting above her continued. Kora started to lose track of how long she had been hiding, but she gathered it was some hours. Her back ached uncontrollably and her hands had gone tingly from holding her daggar's too tightly. Then, sounds approached her and her heart skipped a beat. Men, they were coming into the storage area. Kora prayed hard for her safety and that of the rest of the crew and she hoped they didn't notice her. They must have heard her gasp a little and drew closer to her. It was two tall, strong men, and they were armed. With her cover blown, Kora jumped up and attacked. There was nothing more she could do.:
Two against one...this should be interesting. Now I better not mess up or I'll be the dog's breakfast!
:She spun, kicked and slashed with her daggar's faster than she ever had out of pure fear. One of them sliced the back of her hand with his sword and her daggar fell from limp fingers. Kora swore vividly and threw her other daggar at the one man, hitting him squarely in the throat. It was her one and only hit. Swiftly she pulled out her sword and held it in her good left hand. She blocked and parried as best as she could, not getting in a single shot. Finally, she didn't realize the complex pass he'd started and before she knew it, her sword flew from her hand and she was left weaponless and alone. He smiled at her, the kind of smile when they knew you were defeated as she backed up through the crates in the storage area. Then she realized that she had only one daggar left, the one in the small of her back. She had reached the back wall and held her hand at her back, clutching the weapon. Just as the man went to strike, she quickly pulled out her dagger and thrust it in his chest. He gasped, but that didn't stop his sword from stabbing Kora deeply in her side. She dropped to her knees, gasping for breath, and the man, feel dead after his last strike. Laying on the floor, scared, alone and without anyone knowing where she was, she cried. She knew she was going to die, or worse, someone else would find her. Blinking the tears from her eyes, Kora uttered only one whispered word.:
Linea....

:Linea knew that there was something wrong with her cousin so she left the room in which she'd been placed.:
I can't leave her, I just can't...
:She ran down the stairs and out the door, barely running into Roux.:
I'm sorry. Didn't mean to bump into you, but I must go.
:Those were the only words she could speak even though she wanted more than anything to ask Roux for help, but she couldn't. Kora was her cousin and in part, her responsibility even though it was Kora who'd introduced her to the crew. She ran through the streets of Tortuga as fast as she could, her breath running short. In her heart, she knew that Kora wasn't alright, she knew something had happend. It was a bond they'd shared for so long, being able to know if the other was alright. Linea flew to the docks and stopped dead in her tracks.:
It's gone...she's....gone....
:Linea could only whisper these words and dread settled on her shoulders. She didn't know what to do, there was nothing she could do. As she stared at the water where the Pearl had been only a little while ago, her body shuddered as she was trying to catch her breath. Tears fell from her eyes and she didn't care who saw her. Linea sank down on the dock and held her face in her hands. She couldn't believe she had left her cousin. She should have gotten her before her and Roux left the ship.:
It's all my fault. Kora's in trouble and it's all my fault. Why didn't I get her, now there's nothing I can do to help her, and I don't think she'll be alright.
:So many thoughts ran through Linea's mind, and she didn't know how long she sat there on the dock, just crying. The only thing she knew was that what happened was her fault and her cousin was paying dearly, even with her life.:

:Callisto paced back and forth around the small room still thinking about Jack.:
What an infuriating man! How did I get stuck with him? Why am I here and why are they here?
:They were of course, Apollo and Hermes. Callisto didn't like the fact that where she chooses to get refuge is a place where they are there waiting for her. She sighed.:
They've done a good job of hiding themselves I see though. It seems as if no one knows who they really are, except maybe that one woman, the one with the dark hair and bright eyes. Linea or something or other. All they want is me, and I'm not going to let them have me. I'll be out of here as soon as I can get off here safely. There's no use just throwing myself to them, without a fight. They can find me I know, but I'm not going to make it easy.
:Callisto closed her eyes, and stood as if deep in thought. Pictures formed beneath her eyelids, random, yet readable. She knew what they meant and smiled.:
A distraction. Just what I need.
:Callisto checked her waist for a hidden weapon. It was a long delicate knife, and razor sharp. With the knowledge that she still wore it, she slipped out of the room, careful of the boats occupants. Most were off on shore for different reasons, just mostly to enjoy their time in Tortuga. She was smiling as she left the ship, an eerily distant and mysterious smile. One that had no indication of whether the reason was something you would want to know. She was like a ghost as she slipped away into the night, her cloak hiding her face so that she wouldn't be noticed. Callisto walked fast through Tortuga, avoiding anyone who would take notice of her. As she walked past the Inn, she heard familiar voices and started in surprise. After listening for a few moments, she walked away, getting as far away from there as she possibly could. She walked for a long while until she reached another beach of the island, far from the Black Pearl. In the sand, there was a small raft, old, but hardly trustworthy. Callisto sighed at the fact that she couldn't escape, but then something caught her eye. Another boat was ashore, the only problem was that it was upturned. With the knowledge of what would happen if she returned to the ship, she decided to try and turn the boat over, even if it took all night.:

Rick smiled, finishing his drink quickly."Sounds like fun, what're we waitin' for?"He put his mug and a coin on the table, then shook Emma."Wake up,love..."
Emma groaned slightly."What is it?Ship on fire?Someone been kidnapped?"Her head was pounding, and she couldn't comprehend what in God's name was important enough to justify waking her right now.
"Actually,th' ship's been stolen,we're goin' t'commandeer a ship an' go after 'er."
She closed her eyes, then sat up,managing a smirk despite the jolt of pain that sent through her head."A pirate's life f'r me,"she muttered, checking herself to make sure she had all her weapons on her before following Rick out the door.
"So...two men?"she whispered to Jack, the cool night air relieving some of her tension."This sounds almost unfair..."her hand slipped to the hilt of her saber and she smiled grimly.

Rose let out a groan and clapped a hand to her head, slowly opening her eyes. "Oh, God, my 'ead 'urts...what 'appened?"
Orestes looked at her in concern. "The Pearl was taken," he said with a frown. "I took you off the boat earlier, I wanted to find someone to help with you. You bumped your head pretty badly." This wasn't true, but Orestes needed an excuse for why she was unconscious so long. "I wish I hadn't now...the Pearl's gone..."
Rose growled. "Bloody bastards, takin' our ship..." Her eyes scanned the room. "Where's 'Awk?" she asked in alarm. "Not still on...?" Orestes nodded sadly, and Rose growled again, shooting to her feet. "What are we waitin' for, then? Let's bloody go!" She followed Jack out of the room, with no trace of her earlier weakness.
Orestes watched her go, shaking his head. She really was something...following, he traced the location of the Pearl in his mind.

Evelyn looked around as a conversation proceeded. The pounding in her head and she eyed Emma curiously as she entered. She was still upset over her loss and would have her revenge at some point, but not yet. "Commandeering a ship then, eh?" Evelyn asked lifting a brow and moving close to Emma and Jack. "It's 'bout bloody time we have a bit o' real fun." She said with a smirk as she slapped Jack on the shoulder.
As he slipped out, followed by Rose and Emma Evelyn followed, giving a sideglance at Eric bading him to stay. "Be back mate." She told him with a wink and headed out into the darkness. She placed a hand to her pistol but knew this would only serve if desperately needed, a pistol shot coming from the docks would rais suspicion from the crew of this ship.
She she placed a hand on her hilt. Her head pounded a bit, but slowly it would go away. Her eyes turned to the sea and the horizon looking for any sign of the Pearl, but there was none. They were long gone by now...

:Kora didn't know how many hours had passed, but it was quite a long time. The small light that filtered overhead from the sky had long since been extinguished. She hurt, more than she had ever hurt before. Kora knew that no one would find her, and she knew that she couldn't move to find help or she'd only die sooner. She closed her eyes, prayed for her cousins safety while holding onto her necklace. It was the one that both cousins wore, a symbol of their tie to each other. A single sigh escaped her lips as she closed her eyes for the last time. Her time had come and she knew it well. Drawing in a few last breaths, her chest rose and fell softly as everything went dark.:
<You know what guys? I don't care...Kora dies. I give up...Do what you will, I don't really care anymore. Whether she dies..well depends up to anyone, I honestly don't care anymore. Maybe the loss of one charrie will let me do better with the others. Feh...>

Once more the young lad had been forgotten. Once more no one had cared. When he had disappeared below decks, now, so long ago, he'd seen the pirates taking over. He ran for a lifeboat, as fast as his legs would carry him, but as he jumped into it, the crack of a gun filled the air, and he lerched forward in pain. Only grabbing onto a single oar, he plunged into the sea as the Pearl sailed away, clutching to the wood with all his stregnth. He'd floated there for a long time, until all his features were white and pale, tears streaming down from eyes to sea, salt mingling with salt. He and his oar washed far, far out to see, until they were all but gone from sight. He'd disappeared into the ocean, a spec on the horizion until it seemed he disappeared below the waves. Forgotten and lost at sea. He was alive, but not by much. Waiting, and wailing, for his fading ship, for his distant comerades.

*Will and Eric exchanged curious glances as Jack stated that they were going to be taking the ship Hells Revenge. Neither of them knew exactly why they were going to be taking it when they still had the Pearl, or at least the two of them still thought they had the Pearl.* Why do we need two ships? *Will whispered, nudging Eric with his elbow.*
*Eric glanced at Will as the man spoke and he simply shrugged. If Will didn't know, how was he supposed to know? But none the less the two men followed the captain and the crew down to the docks and as soon as they got there both stopped dead in their tracks.*
*Wills eyes grew wide as he saw that the Pearl had been taking and he slowly glanced over at Jack, surprised that the man was remaining relativley calm. Now it had all made since, the strange feelings, the way Jack was acting, and now why they would have to take the new ship. Then Will frowned, wondering who it could have been that took the ship. He found it odd when Barbossa came across his mind.* No it couldn't be...the man is dead...isn't he? *Will questioned to himself. His dark eyes shot towards jack as the Captain said that Will would probably have some ideas for ammunition for the cannons and he grinned and grunted.* Im fond of using silverware myself, forks especially. *He winked and then drew his pistol, following the others silently.*
*Eric raised a brow as Evelyn said she would be back and slipped off, being swallowed up by the darkness. Did she think he was going to stay behind and miss out on all the fun? He grunted and went to grab his pistol when he remembered it had been stolen. Then he groaned, realizing he had left all his other weapons aboard the Pearl, figuring he wouldn't need them in Tortuga and never expecting the ship to be stolen.* Ah bloody hell. Oh well, I still got my fists. *He said with a bit of a shrug and followed the others.*

*Tobbs woke with a startled gaze as she peered into the room at the inn. She saw noone was there anymore...before she had heard voices and murmurs, now there was no one. Someone flashed through her mind as she tried to recall what happened....twas Jack...*
*A horrified look enshadowed her face. What had she done? What had she said to him? She shivered as she remembered the current, then everything came back to her a bit clearer.*
*She cursed herself angrily. All she'd worked for to make herself seem independent, in no need of help, and very strong had shattered when she went into that current. Jack knew now, no doubt he did....beneath the stubborn anger was a broken emotional lass...she muttered and lay down again, curling up and wishing she'd just die....*
*All of a sudden the stubbornness returned. Die? She'd not give up! She was weak but not passed aid. She peeled off the bloody shirt and took off Jack's jacket, gazing at the slit in her side. It was right above her hip horizontally, and while not wide or long at all really, it was deep, really deep.*
* She cursed the fact she'd forgotten to defend that side and wondered how it happened to be that was the same side as her injured shoulder was, which had re opened a bit ago but was closing again. She needed to work on defending that side more!*
* She carefully tied her hair back in a low pony, and then ripped up the sheets of the bed, making herself a bandage that she wrapped around her waist just where the slice was, wincing painfuly from time to time.*
*Her next task was making a small bandage to wrap around her shoulder, which she did so successfully. Now she had a soaked ripped up shirt to wear, and that wouldn't be any good. Standing as best she could, she roamed the closets and dressers. Grimacing at a few things there, she found a small blouse hidden beneath a ripped up umbrella and a rather odd article of clothing, seeming rather clean and unused suprisingly. Shrugging, she put it on and it fit very well, then she sat back down on the bed, thinking of what to do.*
*Looking down at Jack's jacket, she sighed deeply in thought. She'd said soemthing to him,she knew she had...she'd getit out of him if she'd have to do the utmost to do so. What made her heart sink was the fact that he'd left her, like anyone and everyone else did. He could be anywhere now, and she didn't know.*
* She thought, or was beginning to think, that he was different...but this made everything clear again. She muttered for her stupid thoughts of someone actually being considerate in life...she didn't care now, she just had to make hi realize she didnt need help....maybe she could prove she'd been delirious! Something would have to work...*
*When she felt rested enough, she got up and grabbed his jacket, feeling she could at least return it if she found him....not for thanks, just because...because, thats why!*
*Storming out of the room and making for the dock she left her things on, she was relieved to see they'd not been taken and took them up, making in the direction where the Pearl had once been. Seeing shapes in the night next to a boat, she caught the title ofit by a passerby...now where had she heard that name before? The crew, they were going to take it over, thats how!*
*Making silently near the ship, she caught up with Will and Eric and silently followed next to them, a sense of wanting to help upon her. She knew she shouldn't though, and she'd just have to yell madly as they fought those on the ship they were commandeering, that way she could board but not kill herself....either way, she'd try to fight, being rather stubborn about it.*

Evelyn walked along with the crew as they neared the docks. She turned back seeing Eric had joined them anyway and she smirked. "Looks like ye have mind o' yer own, aye? Well tha's good, that way I won' be havin' ta tell ye what ta do constantly." She teased in a soft voice. They came upon the ship and she squinted looking off into the distance, staring at the grand ship. Compared to the Pearl it was ratty, small, and very much nothing like the beauty of the Pearl.
Evelyn could tell instantly that there was nothing special to the ship, mostly used for simply getting into scraps with other ships, no doubt. She could see no cannons upon the top deck but expected a few might be hidden below the decks. From here Evelyn could see only two upon the decks and both seemed to be completely asleep. One was high in the crows nest, however there was some merriment going on below the decks as shouts were heard aboard, but she expected only a few more.
"Right, seems like there 're a few more than what we 'xpected mate," Evelyn told Jack softly. "Bu' we can take 'em all the same." She said with stern nod placing a hand upon her hilt. With a slight nod from him she looked around. "I say two head to the decks and take out those two while the others jus' rush into the lower decks." Evelyn stated looking around at the other faces.

"Damn right,we can take 'em!"Emma whispered to Evy.She pulled a knife from her sleeve, grinning devilishly."What're we waitin' around for, mates?Let's go 'ave some fun..."She listened with relative patience to Evy's plan, tapping a finger on her arm, then nodded."I'll take th' two on deck...who's comin' with me?"she said with deliberate quiet, fidgeting with her knife.

Evelyn looked ahead, the night would help them greatly in this ambush, and the fact that this ship's crew was probably half drunk or worse would also work to their advantage. Her eyes glancing around the crew as Emma spoke. "I'll go with ye, mate. We can start the skirmish, an' the rest will follow right after, alrigh'?" Evelyn asked looking around. Seeing as how most of them gave a solemn smile she smiled wickedly. The grin was one that appeared before Evelyn did anything a bit cruel.
"Right, Em, after ye mate." Evelyn told her with a grin. She nodded towards the ship and she followed Emma closely as they headed towards the ship ready to silence the first two upon the ship. The two men were seemingly asleep so far and as they approached the side of the ship Evelyn peered over the edge of the ship onto the deck. Evelyn's eyes darted back and forth and her heart pounded quickly. "Which one d'ye want then mate?" Evelyn asked Emma in a whisper. Both of the men were rather large, however one had acquired a peg leg at some point in his life.
