Evelyn passed Kat with a smirk. "A drinkin' contest....eh?" she said, almost thoughtfully. In fact, at this point it really wasn't a bad idea at all. She needed something to take her mind off of the current state of things. Besides, they just had a fresh stash of rum added to their inventory! It was the perfect timing for one, she wagered. Setting the crate down in the ship's holds, she heard shouting from above and her brows quirked.
"Hmm...what the hell's goin' on now?" she asked, jogging slightly towards the stairs, down the hall, up the steps, and onto the deck. There, apparently having some sort of row was Kat and Ian. She looked him over curiously and with more suspicion than she did Kat. She had known Kat for longer, and this Ian...well...she's had her own share of knowledge of how stupid men can be....so it wasn't really hard for her to automatically pick a side in this fight.
Looking down at Ian, she crossed her arms, "Ye know...you shouldn' be telling her what she CAN and can't do really." She hissed, almost in a way that suggested it could have been directed at someone else. Her eyes shifted to Eric and she held her tongue, deciding that bickering for Kat wouldn't help the problem.
He shot up then and glanced towards the Margarita. Turning her head, she noticed the ship had in fact given a large groan. Her honeyed eyes stared up at the remaining sails and they rapidly seemed to be lowering into the ocean. "CHRIST! Emma! RICK! Get off that ship!" she cried with concern, moving to the side, coincidentally beside Eric.
Her hands clung to the ship's railing and quickly she found a rope to swing over with.
If they would need anyone's assistance in getting back sooner, she was ready to be there in a flash.

( ;DI've made more commotion by not showing up than I ever have actually doing things....)
Rick's eyes narrowed, and his finger wavered for a moment near the trigger of his pistol as their captive moved. But he wasn't moving towards Emma,so Rick didn't try anything stupid yet.The enemy is very rarely of any use to you dead...
This turned out to be a good move,as Seurill went for his papers. He gave Emma a slight nod, lowering his weapon almost unnoticable."Em.Get those, will ye,lass?'E's got 'is 'ands busy..."
Emma gave Rick a nod. That must have been what the captain was talking about...she would be glad to have the company of someone who knew what the Hell this man was saying. It would make things far less complicated for everyone...
She looked up as Tobbs spoke to her, then rolled her eyes."I don' need 'elp yet,Tobbs,"she said matter-of-factly."There's still work t'be done.Besides.It's not that deep."So saying, she picked up the papers that Seurill seemed to be fumbling with, tucking them into her remaining sash."Anyways, let's just get back to the Pearl, aye?"
Rick nodded as Emma headed towards the other ship, his weapon still trained on Seurill."After you,mate..."

Kat stared at Ian with tottal confusion as he yelled at her. The red bloodlust in her eyes slowly dissapeared. Anyone on the pearl knew she would never hurt her sister. No matter how she threatened, she would only hurt those she was paid to hurt... or those who annoyed her. And Ian annoyed her to no end. Droping her hands she stared in disgust as Ian stooped to ask Saber if she was alright. "I never touched her you dolt. And of course she's fine."
Saber sighed and quickly got to her feet. "Thank you for your concern Ian, but I think I would be more concered about yourself. Kat would never hurt me intentionaly. My worry was for you, not for myself." She brushed herself off and looked Ian right in the eyes. Lowering her voice she began to speak "You are not afraid of the Kat... in the end that will be very bad for you." Saber turned and looked towards the sea. "I suggest you build a healthy fear now... before its too late." In past times family and lives had ment nothing to the tompsons. Dad killed mom... daughter killed dad. Simple...
Suddenly there was a load sound and All eyes were on the Margarita. Kat quickly put away her knives and stared into the back of Ian's head as he ran to the rail. "Its not over yet boy...You and I will end this... one way or another..."

~Seurill~
::Seurill let out a sigh of relief as the beastly woman grabbed the maps. Hopefully they would guarantee his life for a little while longer::
::He turned to the man with the gun just as the ship gave another terrible lurch. The margarita was sinking fast.... They needed to get to the other ship, and soon, or they'd all be carried under with her. Without a moment's hesitation, Seurill rushed toward the cabin door and out onto the deck, heading toward the Pearl with as much speed as he could muster. He was still aching from that woman's kick, but he refused to let the pain slow him down::
::The boards beneath his feet began to splinter and crack as the ship gave another shudder. Water was already beginning to creep onto the deck, the bow dragged down by the extra weight of the fallen mast. Seurill clambered up onto the plank connecting the two ships and charged toward the others on board the Pearl. However, he lost his balance just as he reached the edge, and tripped the rest of the way onto the deck::
::He landed right at the feet of the woman who had kicked him, and grimaced::

*He could hear an argument break out behind him and he glanced over his shoulder, cocking a brow as Ian, Saber, and Kat seemed to be having a bit of a rift, over what he wasn't sure. A frail smile came over his lips just then as he realized that must have been how foolish he and Evelyn looked, only theirs was probably on a much grander scale. It was strange to him that as much as this crew seemed to bicker with one another that they were all still alive, and still sailing together no less. He supposed that was just how they were.
His dark eyes wandered between Kat and Ian as those two seemed to have started it and he made mental note never to piss the woman off. Now he just hoped he hadn't seen when he glared at her earlier. He chose to ignore Evelyn when she came up on deck and clearly directed a smart remark his way. Instead his gaze wandered back out towards the Margarita.
A loud snapping noise made him jump and he stepped back away from the railing a little when he suddenly realized the noise had come from the other ship! It was sinking! His heart leapt as Ian made ready to swing over and get those still on its doomed deck. Seurill was the first to make it over and had fallen before Kats feet. Eric glarred at the man slightly before looking over at Evelyn as she ran up beside him on the rail grabbing a rope as well. He stared at her a moment and then placed his hand on her shoulder.* Be careful if you go over there Evelyn. *He said, choosing to stay behind himself as it was probably too big of a risk to send anymore people over to the Margarita.
Emma and Rick were already making there way over and he hoped they would make it in time. The other ship was sinking extremley quickly.*

Evelyn peered at the floundering ship. It seemed as if they were quickly all scrambling back which eased Evelyn's grip on the rope. Another hand however, was placed on her shoulder, and she glanced at it. She shifted her honey eyes up to his then and tossed the rope from her hand. "I know what the bloody 'ell I'm doin'. I don' need you telling me to be anything." She muttered, shifting her shoulder away from his grip.
The ship then dove into the indigo waters quickly, but what startled Evelyn was the shake their own ship gave. She blinked several times, staring at the shaky decks, and backed away from the railings. The suction the other ship was creating as it gurgled and went under was pulling the Pearl its way abruptly.
"What the hell...?" she said softly, but then, as soon as it had started, it stopped.
Looking to Kat, she noticed she was getting further and further angered by Ian's actions. So, deciding to try and steer her thoughts away from murdering the man she spoke. "Erm...Kat...so about that drinking contest!" she piped, smiling, and walking towards her. "A bit of a contest might spice things up around 'ere, don' you think? Ah...an' just imagine, all that sweet, sweet rum to down in one night...." Evelyn closed her eyes, imagining it all as if it were some distant heaven she could never reach. "What do you say?" she asked, arching a brow.
"We COULD...." she began, the wheels in her head now turning devilishly. "Put a wager or some sort of bet on it..." she began, as she paced forward clearly in deep thought. "Perhaps we could wager somethin'...not really money...somethin' else..." Her face was skewed in concentration as she leaned her back onto the main mast. The wind blew and she peered over at Kat, hoping maybe she could come up with a wager for the ages.

Saber stared for a moment at the sinking Margarita. She scoffed. "Well how do you like that? After we get all the load and weight off of it, it starts to sink... wot kind of a ship is that, I ask you." Still she anxiously waited to see if everyone would make it alright. She watched as a strange man come stumbling over the plank in front of Emma and Rick. She winced as the Spaniard fell right in front of Kat. Given Kat's present mood, that probably wouldn't turn out good. As Rick and Emma also got on board Saber looked around. "Wheres Tobbs? She was still on the Margarita right?" Saber watched in horror as the fast sinking ship disappeared into the water. "Tobbs get the bloody 'ell over here!
No... it was true, Kat was not in a good mood. She was still glaring daggers at Ian when captain Seurill fell at her feet. The sudden movement caused her to look down. Kat raised one eyebrow. Well if she couldn't fight Ian, she could at least take her anger out on someone else... and this man was no part of their crew. Kat was extremely close to kicking the man in the face, when Evelyn walked up and began to talk to her. Instantly Kat snapped out of it at the mention of drink. "Aye, a drinking contest. If yore up to it lass, I'll allow ye ta take me on." Kat said with a glint in her eye."A wager you say? Now let me think..." Kat chuckled to herself. It would have to be a good one... Something that might humiliate Evelyn...Because in no way would Kat lose this contest. At least thats what she thought. Kat snapped her fingers."I have it! Look I have no clue wot port we intend to dock in next, but before we know that we need to strike this deal." Kat smirked at Evelyn. This was going to be perfect. "Who ever loses the contest... has to wear a dress for an entire day at the next port we dock at. And she can't just stay on the ship... no she has to go into town." Kat held out her hand and grinned evilly "Do we have an accord?"

*Eric groaned and rubbed his eyes in frustration as Evelyn snapped at him AGAIN. Clearly he wasn't going to get anywhere with her for a while and so he just gave up arguing and simply nodded. It seemed that Rick and Emma had made it back onto the ship alright though he hadn't noticed if Tobbs did. Glancing down into the water as the Margarita sank beneath its surface he didn't see anyone bobbing about, anyone that was alive at least.
When their own ship gave a shutter in response to the suction from the sinking ship he grabbed a rope for support and his brows furrowed nervously. After a few moments however, it seemed they would be fine. He laughed when Saber commented about the lost ship and he turned to face her, grinning as he gave a nod.* Thats what happens when Spaniards own a ship I guess. *He snorted, leaning back against the rail with his elbows resting it upon it. He watched Seurill and Kat curiously, wondering if the lass was going to beat him bloody, but she didn't.
His brows lifted in amusement when the wager for the looser of the drinking contest was to wear a dress. One corner of his mouth rose in a grin and he crossed his arms. Having never seen either of them in a dress before he thought it would be an extremley interesting situation. He walked over to the two and shoved his hands in his pockets, looking between them and wondering if Evelyn would agree to the bargain. He figured she would as she was sometimes overconfident in her drinking abilities.*ooc: *Jumps up and down* Someones gonna wear a dress, someones gonna wear a dress!

Her fingers curled around the railing as the Margarita continued to sink into the azure waters, meeting the watery gave that awaited it. Soon she felt the affects it had on their own ship and she braced herself against the sudden shudder. It stopped, however, as soon as it started and the crease of worry that had been on her forehead, relaxed. Maria let out a small sigh of relief and turned when she heard a loud thud on the deck. She turned her head in the direction of the sound and followed her gaze down to the man at Kat's feet, Seurill, Captain or former Captain of the Margarita. Maria shook her head pathetically and brought her gaze back up to Kat and Evy. She had only overheard bits and pieces of their conversation but what she did hear amused her and her brow only raised higher. Her dark gaze flckered briefly to Eric and the corner of her lips twitched up into a grin, Amusing indeed.

Evelyn looked Kat over carefully. Her wager sounded interesting, no doubt, but she hesitated slightly. What if, by some crazy, slight, possibility she lost? She would have to wear...a dress? It was almost too revloting for her to even imagine. But, when she thought about it, in the large, probable chance that she won, she'd be able to laugh at Kat for an entire day. Besides, Kat didn't specifically say anything about the dress selection, so she decided to clear up some details.
"Fine....I'm in..." she began, stretching out her hand. "BUT!" quickly she pulled it back from the shake. "On one condition....the winner also gets to pick the dress. Deal?" she asked, arching a brow and holding her hand out to her. Kat shook it vigorously, apparently way overconfident that she would win out in the end. "Good doing business with you Kat. By the way...would you mind telling me your dress size? That way, you know...I know what size range I'm looking in for you. Oh and would you prefer a pink or lavendar colored gown?" she said with an evil smirk.
She leaned her back against the mainmas again and crossed her arms. Glancing at Maria she grinned. "So Maria, got any fine gowns Kat could start rifling through before the match? Just so you know, she has some idea of the design she might like to wear. Because I figure, when I win, I MIGHT be a bit lenient and at least have some say in what you have to be tortured with for 24 hours." She sighed, smiling all the while.
If there was any drinking contest she had to win, it was this one. Evelyn would never be caught DEAD in a dress, let alone anything Kat might torture her with. Knowing her she might make it ten times worse and put her in something lacey....and....she gasped at the thought....pink!

Maria brought a hand up to her mouth and pressed her fingers against her lips. It was hard not to laugh at their bargain for whomever lost the drinking match. It would be very interesting to see either of them in a dress, let alone manage to wear one. Glancing down at her own attire her brows stitched together. She wore an oversized tunic with a belt at the waist and breeches underneath. Of course the tunic fit more like a dress then what it actually was. Maria rolled her eyes and let out a sigh. What was the big deal about wearing a dress anyway? Obviously it was bad enough to be their wager in a drinking contest... Her foot scuffed against the deck and she brought her gaze back up.
"Aye," she said in response, her voice thick with amusement. She let out a sigh. "I'm sure I can find something in my trunk." Her tongue ran across the lining of her teeth and she smiled. "Perhaps when this is over you'll be able to find one that will suit you." Maria winked and dropped her hands to her sides. She tucked her tumbs into her belt and the rest of her fingers drummed against the worn leather.
"So ladies.... Have you got any preferences on colours?"

(OOC: *Cackles at Evy and Kat, then grins and pots Maria cheerily for encouraging the insanity* ) ~Seurill~ ::For a few seconds after he'd hit the deck, Seurill's life flashed before his eyes. He was certain that horrid woman was going to kill him...that fiery look in her eyes told him that she was in no mood for mercy. But to his surprise, and great relief, she was quickly distracted as another woman approached::
::Taking advantage of their distraction, Seurill crawled away from them and sat up against the railing nearby. His beautiful ship, he knew, was gone now, and he was stuck here with these strange English pirates for Dios knew how long.... What's more, he wasn't sure he felt comfortable with all of these woman on board. It had always been a superstition of his that women brought bad luck on sea voyages.... The last thing he wanted was to be struck with some odd plague or get lost in a storm, or whatever else the heavens decided to curse them with::
::But he had no choice for the time being. He would tell them what they wanted to know, give them the maps, and then vanish at the first port town they came across::

(ooc - *glares at bossa* Would you like to have Kat kill you after all?)
Kat was hesitant for only a second when Evelyn added to the terms. But then... how could she lose? She would win... and get to pick the dress out. Kat shook hands vigourously. She snorted as Evelyn began to ask her her dress size and what color she prefered. Her eye twitched at the mention of pink. "Wait... can we change the deal a bit? How about we both agree that niether of us will force the other to wear..." Kat shuddered "Pink." There was still very little doubt in Kats mind over who would win this contest. but still... if by some strange chance she should lose... Well she just didn't want to get stuck looking too feminin. It just wouldnt support the image she had built up for herself over the years. She turned as Mari asked what their color preferences were. "Black or green if the worst should happen... lavender or blue if it all comes out right." Kat said with a smirk.
Saber assumed that Tobbs manged to get off the ship, as she watched it sink compleatly below the waves. She just haddnt seen her come across... thats all. At them mention of dresses Saber turned around. "Dresses? You two are using dresses as a punishment of some kind? Wearing a dress ain't half bad..." She said looking confused. Saber herself had spent almost two years in civilization, and had been "forced" to wear woman's clothing. Skirts were fun... it was easier to hide weapons in them, and they went better with corsets.
"Noooo....dresses aren't half bad... I guess..." Kat began. "The're all bad." She said with a smirk. Inside she was mentaly shaking her head at Saber. What was wrong with her? Kat knew almost nothing of the years Saber had spent off the Pearl, and knew almost as much about the years she had spent on the Pearl when Barbossa was captain... sometimes Kat worried about her sister's mental stability.

Evelyn looked between Saber and Maria. Was that a glint of fear in the woman's eye? "Haha, how about...we don't agree to anything more. I pick the dress. You know though Kat, maybe those Spaniards knew what they were talkin' about...pink might go well on you." She laughed bending a knee to place her foot on the mast. Taking out the knife from her boot, she twiddled it around and began flicking the tip of the blade.
Her eyes looked it over carefully and then heard a dull, hum of a rumble in the distance. Staring off, she noticed the clouds were coming in slowly now, what had begun as a beautiful day now had begun to slowly veil the ship in a ominous, silvery, evening. "Well I suggest we get started. Tonight would be as good a time as any." She mentioned, glancing around the deck looking for something or someone in particular.
Noticing Emma and Rick got back on board she smirked. The two seemed to be on their way towards the brig when Evelyn called out to them, " 'ey! Emma! Mate! Would you mind doin' Kat and I a favor?" She shouted, smiling broadly at her. She was still, the only woman she had not beaten in a drinking match. Man could that woman drink. She didn't even see how it was possible. Evelyn really wasn't much smaller than her but in the mornings when she woke angry and with a massive headache from the loss she suffered the night before, she'd hear how she had continued and finished Evy's remaining drink as well!
"Would you like to erm...I expect, officiate our drinkin' match tonight? Should be an interesting match up." She said enthusiastically, suddenly giving the dagger in her hand a twirl in the air, catching it at the tip of the blade, and then sending it hard to stick into the deck, before bending over to scoop it up once again.

*Erics brief gaze met Maria's and a soft laugh slipped from his mouth. The wager on this contest continued to get more and more interesting and he couldn't believe they both accepted the terms. He hoped Evelyn wouldn't loose as he didn't want to have to deal with her all day long wearing a dress, he doubted she'd be pleasant about it. Kat wouldn't be either but then he didn't have to spend the whole day with her so it didn't matter to him.
His arms folded again when Kat said that they should agree on not using pink either way and he snorted and shook his head.* Why are you afraid you'll loose? Come on, it has to be high stakes here! *He exclaimed, glancing at Seurill out of the corner of his eye as the man moved over to the railing. His dark eyes then moved towards the stairwell and he removed having moved his pillow and spare clothes into Evelyns old cabin. He knew he'd have to take care of her after the contest was over so he excused himself and trotted below decks, moving his stuff back into his cabin.
Heading into the galley where he figured the contest would take place he pulled himself a seat up right next to the table, snatched an apple, and waited for the rest to come down below. He was extremley eager to see how this would all end.*
