*Zimbabba got this serious, solemn look, though his smile never left his face. It never had in his life. He was the type of person that was happy, or smiled in an odd sort of happy way, all the time, no matter if someone was born, or someone died.*
"I show you the men...Zebboro...you be happy after that?"
*He snapped his fingers and a young man that had been standing behind him zoomed off into the crowded temple in search of the troops. Then, when he had the god all the way in the temple with the goddess, he had music playing by another snap of his fingers, some wine brought over and offered by a flick of his wrist, and soon enough, the temple they'd been approaching, and now were in, was just as things had been on the steps; in ful celebration mode.*
"Hmm?"
*He let his brow raise at Zebboro's question, his smile slowly trickling farther up his cheeks, like a puzzled, thinking look.*
"Zebboro tests us with his...his...smartness...no...intelligence is word? Yes, his wisdom and intelligence..."
*At this remark all the heads around them in a perimeter of about a dozen or more bobbed up and down and gasps could be heard. Again, they were in awe.*
"Zippara's golden mane of light and virtue led us true....but Zebboro, you alone finalized our assumptions. You seem to have no disguises but for your containing your awe-some godliness. You are whom you are of; the sea and its might, you are. Your scent of the salty sea, your sea man's look, your love for treasures...hence how he became so in love and devoted to Zippara, her treasures and mane and beauty and your want for such things...but no matter, you were very wise in coming, Zebboro, and we thank you for it...the troops will be sent outto aid your followers, adnw e will accompany them soon..."
*Tobbs almost laughed. Her mane eh? She watched Zimbabba and Pretzeb start gesturing them a bit forward and more towards the inner temple, where two luxurious chairs were placed in the center so every servant and eprson could offer them some sort of something.*
"I knew it was only for the 'air that I snatched you..."
*She was whispering to Jack, and she stepped in front of him, flipping her hair behind ehr shoulder with a smirk upon her face. She could already see the soldiers dashing off into the streets towards the other crew. When they were being shown around, as this temple was apparently specifically for them (which amde ehr think that each set of gods and goddesses had their own temple...) she smiled and slowed down into pace with Jack again when they were gestured their private quarters.*
"Well if you'll be so kind as to wait on us, we'll be right back after a...'brief' discussion..."
*Being said in a formal manner, she nodded her haid once and unnoticably slipped her hand into Jackj's, leading him forward into the large chamber and watching as the door was slowly and heavily pulled to a complete close. Then, when it was shut entirely, she turned quickly and held Jack in a sort of hug while walking (him basically walking backwards now) towards the wall. When she ahd him against it, smiling with the most utter tease, she ran her fingers up along his neck to his face, and then across his lips before she pulled back and laughed a bit.*
"Ya know...I always said we'd 'ave to take a stop in El Doardao..now we 'ave our own 'godly' chambers...funny ol' world, isn' it?"
*She was worried about the others again, something wasn't right. And she could here a bustle of words, soemthing along the lines of 'Sir, Curinin's weapon has been removed' from the voice of Pretzeb...she wondered what this was all about...*

*Michael cackle-grunted in his laughing sort of way when Eric cried out Evelyn's name. He was about to say soemthing to rub it in when he snatched Eric's comment and grit his own teeth. He grunted and glares furiously, practically ready to rip the man to shreds, when he was suddenly pounced upn, grappled with, and his wo9unded hand suddenly surged with burning pain when he realized just what Eric was doing.
*He blinked and clenched his fists, digging his nails into Eric's arms when he saw Evelyn coming. He knew something had to be wrong with Selina.*
*And then she spoke. And ooo how it hurt him, and made him worry, and made him surge with sudden ferociousnesss. He was literally one big mass of enraged and utterly insanity. And what was worse, was he was evil.*
"YOU'LL DIE YOU FILTHY *bleep* OF A MAGGOT! You *bleepity bleep bleep bleep*!"
*Bleeps inserted for modesty here people. He was angry. Very angry. Let your imagination run on what he said.*
*Anyways, he had basically dug so deep in Eric's skin he could feel blood dripping down his fingers. Ouch. So he twisted out and nearly broke his arm, slamming Eric down on the ground and sprinting towards Evelyn. Cruentus flew down just in time and slammed into Evelyn just as Michael nearly tackled ehr to the ground. He placed his foot on her throat and began pushing down with his weight slowly adjusting as he watched her face scrunch with an evilly delighted look.*
"Selina can't be hurt by so weak as you. SELINA, IM COMING! Now, to finish YOU off!"

::Jack blinked at the explantion of his "godly ness" and smirked a bit. all right. A sea god. He could do that. Then he glanced at Tobbs::
"right luv, was just the hair." He smiled at her then looked back around, curious. he was still on the look out for anything odd....well odder then the given situation::
::Then Tobbs was guiding him away and he was all to happy to move. He had a feeling if he sneezed or something the natives might think he was a fake...which he was..he just didn't fancy being a pincushion yet...::
::He laughed when Tobbs pushed him aganist the wall and smirked at her:: "Well luv, this is interestin'.....you in all your gold hair...." He laughed and kissed her lips once::
"An' as fun as...wait..." He put a finger to her lips and tilted his head to one side, listening::
"Curinin's weapon has been removed...." Jack's eyes narrowed considerably. "what do you suppose that means?" He asked softly.::

*Eric winced and cried out as Michael dug his nails into his arm. Eric jerked his attention away and glanced up briefly at the sound of Evelyns voice. A wave of relief came over him at the sight of her alive. He smiled warmly at her and for a moment almost forgot his quarrel with the man. His eyes danced at her words and he turned them to Michael, a half smirk on his face.
The smirk faded and he glarred at the names and words that came streaming from the mans mouth, directed at Evelyn. Eric cried out again as the man dug his fingers in so far he drew blood and before he knew it his arm was twisted around. He winced and was slammed into the ground. He wondered if his arm had been broken, he hadn't heard or felt anything.
He looked up and his eyes went wide as the bird knocked her down and Michael began pressing his foot into her throat. Eric growled and his jaw clenched as he leapt up and charged towards the man, tackling him off of her.* And Evelyn cant be hurt by someone as weak as you. *He snapped, reaching out and grabbed a small golden statue and smacking the man in the face with it. He needed to get the man down, if only for a minuet. Anything that would give him time to get Evelyn away from here, somewhere where she would be safe.
He would do anything for her now. It hurt him beyond words to see her in any kind of pain, whether it was physical or mental. He wanted to protect her from these hurts and even though he knew he couldn't do it all the time, he COULD do it now. And he'd make damn sure she made it out of here alive.*

Evelyn smirked when quite abruptly, out of nowhere, a bird flew down at her, lashing its talons at her. "GAH! Bloody bird!" Evelyn called before she fell. Her eyes blinked open slowly then and she saw a large boot over her. Michael's large stature loomed over her and death seemed so near. As air was squeezed from her throat, Evelyn reached out a hand, attempting to reach up to him, the other pried at his foot, attempting weakly to remove the pressure from her throat. She gagged and coughed, her head feeling as if it were inflating.
Just then, there was a voice, and Evelyn coughed, attempting to catch her breath but her eyes closed. Then as Michael seemed to be out of it, Evelyn looked up at ERic and gasped for air still, but a hand reached out to him, as if begging him to help her up. "We...er...need...ta..." Evelyn coughed then. "...get away Eric...." She struggled as she attempted to stand but her ankle throbbed again and she cringed.
All she wanted was to get away from all this. Her eyes went to the temple where Tobbs and Jack had seemingly, been taken, and she knew in their presence, was their only hope. Her eyes turned to Eric and she smiled slightly, it seemed finally they could be together, and she would fight tooth and nail if anyone tried to seperate them again...it had been too much...and Evelyn had had enough...

*Eric looked Michael over a moment, the statue raised above his head again ready to strike if the man wasn't out just yet. But he didn't move and slowly Eric rose to his feet, his eyes still locked on the bastard he just couldnt seem to get rid of. He was worse then bloody Luis had been.
When he was sure Michael was out and wouldn't take him off guard he looked away and turned his attention to Evelyn. Trotting over to her he reached down and carefully helped her to her feet, eyeing her wounded ankle with worried eyes.* You shouldn't walk on that, Evy. *He said and as she smiled at him he returned the favor and his eyes were again gentle and warm.
He really didn't want her walking in her condition but he knew where she wanted to go. He'd take her there himself, she was light enough and wouldn't be a heavy burden. And so he scooped her up and grinned.* I'LL carry you to the temple. If you don't stay off your ankle it's just gonna get worse. *He stated, kissing her forehead and then her lips before smiling at her again. With a quick glance over his shoulder at Michael and Selina he grunted and looked back at Evelyn.
He liked having her back and this time he felt it was for good. He'd do everything in his power to keep it this way, he knew she would as well. He stood there, simply gazing at her for what seemed like an age. He didn't want to look away from her, be away from her, let her go. He just wanted her with him for eternity.* You ready to go to the temple? *He asked, nodding his head to where Jack and Tobbs had been taken.*

Evelyn looked up at Eric as he bent over to lift her up. Evelyn wanted desperately to walk. To be rid of her injury and to simply be USEFUL again. She hated being this way, to the point where she was a burden to others, especially Eric. Eric scooped her up easily and Evelyn peered towards the ground, suddenly aware of just how tall Eric was. "Gah, ye bloody tree." Evelyn teased. He kissed her forehead and lips after she spoke and she smiled at him.
Her hands were upon his neck as she looked into his deep brown eyes. "Yeah, I understan' mate...but I feel so bloody useless." Evelyn stated as she turned away from him. She frowned a bit, she would have to face the crew in this state, and it left a bitter taste in Evelyn as a whole. She didn't like looking so helpless to anyone, maybe to Eric she was alright with it, but not to anyone else.
He seemd to look her over gently and she only smiled, pulling back a strand of his golden hair. She had been through much, and Eve was ready to be out of danger, to be out of this mess. She wanted to be back on the Pearl with Eric. Evelyn wanted to smell the salty breeze, to sail with Jack again. She leaned up and kissed Eric's cheek lightly. "Aye, mate. Ready 's I'll eve be." She told him gently, resting her head against his shoulder and closing her eyes, hoping that when she needed to open them again, they would be safe somewhere.
At this point, Evelyn was trusting Eric fully. She was allowing herself to be helped, to be lead. She was allowing herself to give in. Eric was much stronger than she, at times he just exuded such strength, it was difficult NOT to find comfort in his mere presence, let alone in his embrace. It was something that drew Evelyn to him, security. It was comfort, assurance. That's what Eric was. Her anchor. Only he could keep her steady at times. Evelyn finally realized this. He would be the ONLY one to ever see her vulnerable side. To witness her tears, her defeats, and her sadness, but she was alright with that.
Evelyn knew deep down that in him, in his love for her, she had found something Evelyn never knew before, a sense of peace. It was...home.

*Eric laughed and flashed her a grin as she called him a tree. His eyes danced about her a moment and he shrugged a little.* I can't help it youre so tiny. *He winked and then shook his head.* You're not useless, Evy. You've already done a lot even with your ankle the way it is. Don't feel bad about it. *He stated reassuringly, though he knew the pride she had.
As she kissed his cheek and rested her head against his shoulder he gazed down at her, his smile growing and he took a deep breath. After a moment he headed towards the temple again, figuring the sooner he got there and figured out what was happening to the Captain and Tobbs, the sooner they could all get some gold and go back to the Pearl.
He wanted to be alone with Evelyn for a while seeing as to how they had yet to have some true one on one time. He kissed the top of her head as he walked, eyeing her now and again. It amazed him how he felt when she was near him, things that he couldn't explain if he tried. He even laughed a little, thinking about how she called him softie rather often. No one else had thought of him this way since he was little and in all honesty he enjoyed being able to show Evy a gentler side. She deserved all the love and care in the world and he couldn't wait to give that to her. She was his life now, without her he'd be nothing.
Finally they arrived at the temple and he cautiously carried her up the stairs, not wanting to alert anyone of their presense just yet. When he reached the top he shifted so he wasnt in view of the doorway and he looked down at Evelyn curiously.* It doesn't sound like they're in danger. *He stated, glancing towards the doorway again.*

Evelyn sighed heavily as her hands clung to Eric's neck gently, and she bit her lip, attempting to quell the screams that wanted to escape her lips. The pain in her ankle was a dull, throbbing one that seemed to intensify at sudden moments. Her eyes opened slightly as they passed a few natives and they seemed to part, allowing them a path through towards the temple. Evelyn blinked at them all as they stared in wonder and awe.
Before she knew it, they were at the top of the stairs, and out of view. "Aye...doesn' sound like they're in trouble...at leas' not yet." She looked to the doorway curiously and lifted a brow. Then out of the door, came a string of native warrior, each carrying a spear and heading down the steps quickly. "But...thos blokes don' really look to safe ta be 'round, do they?" she asked him lifting a brow.
Her eyes went to the doorway and she craned her neck a bit to look inside. "We've gotta see what's goin' on though mate, savvy?" She told Eric as she nodded towards the doorway. She hated this, she was a bloody invalid at this point...and Jack and Tobbs would have to see her this way. Being lugged around like dead weight. Her ankle throbbed and as Evelyn's eyes scanned it she cringed again. She hoped someone would be able to help her ankle, she was afraid if proper help didn't come soon, it would have to be taken off...and she loathed the very thought of it...
"Eric mate...ye would love me still if I lost my foot, righ' mate?" she asked him with a soft laugh, as if turning the situation into a joke would make it better. Her eyes looked up at him nervously and she bit her lip. She couldn't bare the thought of it, but in order to avoid it actaully occuring she woudl need help soon. A hand slipped down to his chest and she closed her eyes again, taking a deep gulp. She was uncomfortable in everyway. She wanted to be gone from this, the sooner they chipped off their bit of gold and left, the better...

Mark decided that no one seemed to need him so he went in search of where the Captain went. He walked through the city and could hear a commotion. He drew his sword. He followed it. He snatched a small statue he saw on the side of a path and placed it in his pocket. It would be worth a lot of money when...if....he got home. He finally ended up in a large group of people. He looked in amazement. He moved over to a spot and spied on the happenings. He could see Jack...his eyes narrowed. He also saw Tobbs a small grin came to his face. The people seemed to be bowing to her. He chuckled a bit and placed his sword in it's sheath. He leaned forward a bit to see what was below him. He could hear someone talking but couldn't make out what was being said. Suddenly he lost his footing and fell down to the ground below. He rolled and came to a stop in the middle of the room. He looked around blinded for a moment. He was dazed and rubbed his head. He regained the use of his eyes and noted that all eyes were on him.
"Hullo Tobbs, Jack...uh...HULLO EVERYONE! THEY CALL ME MARK ANDREWS!"
Mark said the last part slow....not sure if they spoke the english. He smiled a bit and stood up. He dusted himself off and took a wobbly step forward and then fell flat on his butt. He sat for a moment until he regained himself. He stood back up and looked around.
"Am I interupting something?"

*Eric looked back at her and gave a soft nod as she agreed with their friends not being in any iminiate danger. As the native warriors poured from the golden building Erics brows raised and he blinked at them as they passed by, not even seeming to care about the presense of him and Evelyn. He found this odd at first and figured they didn't see them as a threat, maybe because they discovered Jack and Tobbs weren't a threat either.
He laughed a little as she mentioned the warriors not looking too safe to be around and he shrugged a little.* Well lets just put it this way, Id feel a lot better if I knew they were on MY side. *He grinned, pulling his eyes away from them. He nodded at her as she tried to see inside and made his way over there, being cautious just to be on the safe side.
As she asked about her ankle and if he'd still love her he glanced down at it, cringing a little. It seemed like it was getting worse and he was having the same fear that she was, that it would have to be removed. But then he smiled at her, kissing her forehead again.* Of course I would. *He laughed and for a moment his eyes drifted off into memories of yesterdays long since past. About Melissa, his little sister who had been born blind. That alone caused him to be comfortable around people who were "different".* You're not going to loose your foot though, Evy. I promise. *He assured her and they moved inside the temple just in time to see Mark fall into the middle of the natives. Eric blinked now rather confused.* I think they're worshiping Tobbs... *He whispered curiously, wondering if it had to do with her blonde hair. He wondered what the natives would do with his own hair, considering it too was blonde.* They best not worship me, that would be odd. *He grunted.*

::Jack eyed Tobbs a moment then heard whispering. He glanced around and spotted Eric and Evelyn.:: "Oy you two!" He called to them.::
::He smiled, somewhat embarassedly at the pair of them and explained:: "The natives think me and Tobbs are gods.....fancy that eh? me and Tobbs practically own the city already!" He smiled broadly then added a bit more seriously.: "There's something wrong here. Barbossa, not sure where he is......"
::Then he caught sight of Evy's ankle: "Are ye alright lass?" He asked softly. "I think maybe someone here can help it....."

Selina lay there, upon the floor of the temple, with a dagger straight into her shoulder. She gulped and turned her eyes towards it, eyeing it carefully and wondering whether she should just yank it out herself or not. She closed her eyes and then opened them slowly, breathing heavily and seeing the outlines of a scuffle just outside the temple walls. One seemed to remind her of someone in particular and she attempted to call out a name. "Mi...Michael..." Selina said, amidts tears that strained to fall.
Selina blinked them back and decided to not move was the best for her at the moment. Instead she lay there, her eyes staring up at the ceiling and her vision became blurred. Then, with as much strength as she could muster, she sat up, and leaned against the wall, attempting to see if she could catch a glimpse of Michael's body.
Her emerald eyes peered out and she only hoped that Michael wasn't hurt too badly or worse...Selina shook her head. NO...he couldn't be. She wouldn't allow it. Not now..."M,....Michael!" she called out to him, praying he would wake, or stir, or make some sort of movement. She needed him to...

*Michael was watching Evelyn with a mad, insane hatred and amusement, his eyes lighting up with a sort of crazed desire to kill her. If she'd take away something from him, he'd take away her love, that Eric person, adn her life. Slowly. Painfully. He'd do it.*
*But he hadn't had enough time to actually sense Eric's approach, nor any other midn to paying focus on approachers. In an instant a golden statue was slammed on his head, and everything went black. He only remembered seeing the golen glimmer of something just ahead of him ebfore he was lsot into a sea of unconsciousness.*
*Something called him from his deep sleep. A voice. A beautiful voice. The voice he cherished, loved, and got chills when he heard it. He had chills now. It was like a savior calling him out of his state of despair and darkness. And he knew who it was. He could see the face appear in his mind, the feel of her skin, the emotion in her eyes. It was Selina.*
*And when he slowly opened his eyes, pain shooting throug his body as he felt the aftermath of the scuffle with Eric and the large gash in the back of his lower head, he could sense ehr. She lived. She had to live. He would never stop killing until he avenged her. His self pride wasn't as important now. She was his everything.*
*Crawling voer to the temple, he saw her, and his affectionate, almost soft smile creeped on his face. When he was at the door, he sighed in relief, eying her shoulder and cradling ehr in a hug.*
"It's alright now, Selina. All is well. I've found you. You're here. You're with me."
*That was all that mattered for him. The moment vanished pain and aching, and he relished in it. Until he began eying her shoulder longer, to see the damage.*
"She did this to you."
*He had that glow in his eyes again.*
"I'll kill her. One day, she'll suffer under my hand."

*Tobbs had her victory smile on her lips when he spoke again on how interesting this all was, and of course her hair, very pleased with the kiss, might she add. She began glancing around, as the said showing of affection arose some thoughts again on just what this chamber consisted of, and how long they could fend off humble natives and partying crew memebrs when all this was over; when she was silenced.*
*Attention again entirely on the crew's safety, she blinked and began pondering.*
"Sounds big...per'aps some royal trinket someone's stealin'? But then again, 'weapon' could add a 'ole lot of signifigance to it..."
*And then Mark was in the room, and she waved to him as Jack ushered Evy and Eric in too. She laughed lightly at Mark's introduction, sighing happily that he was safe and approaching him with her arms folded around her chest.*
"Now really Mark, you'd think, being in port royale would've messed up yer sense on 'ow to make entrances; but you've proved the theory wrong, I gue-"
*And then in came the natives, Zimbabba entering first with a humble smile as always. When Pretzeb spotted Eric, his eyes widened, adn everyone started whispering and cheering again.*
"Zippara, you bring us suprises of greatness! Who but Bozino, the warrior brother of our lady goddess, would not relent to accompanying her for further protection! Chhers for Bozino!"
*And there weas crazy cheering. And Zimbabba went over to Jack with an appreciative smile.*
"Your followers are arriving in numbers. We are glad. The others will be fetched. And those injured can be tended for.*
*As if his words were magic, natives that seemed to be knowledgeable in health were there, and two or three went up to Eric and Evy. They studied the ankle and ushered them to lie Evy on a long sofa like object that was in a remoter corner of the room, so she could be in privacy if she willed, and the doctor natives could work. Their supplies were out, and as they prepared her leg, they waited for her final command to begin.*
"Bonzino, this one is your follower, yes? Do you will her leg to be healed? Does she herself command so?"
*Tobbs sighed and sat herself down as all this was going on. Such a crazy trip.*
