This will take place one year after the movie ends with Jack leaving Port Royal after his near hanging. Directly after the movie.....
Sometimes people should just keep their mouths shut. But well....Jack doesn't know what silence means....as Norrington has tried numerous times to impress upon the pirate......it's not working....a failed attempt at teaching a drunken pirate the rules of civility.....
Barbosa heard many things from Jack before the mutiny. One being about a treasure. A ancient Greek treasure. A Box of Immortality. It's what keeps the Greek gods.....well......gods....While sailing out of Tortuga on the Black Pearl Jack and his crew come across a tiny boat.
A greek craft...something that in itself is odd....and inside of it is a young lady. A beautiful lady. Jack, well...being Jack decides to take her aboard. The lady doesn't talk at first, but little by little they learn her name is Callisto, a greek girl from Athens.
She knows the location of this Box. Jack, being a pirate, not a damn hero wants the Box for himself. He doesn't realize that taking it can offset th balance of things in a unfavorable manner.......nor does Barbossa...who's after it as well. Two gods decide to "help". Apollo and Hermes......the rest, well they do not think they need the help of "mere mortals" to overcome something so ridiclous as this.
But Jack wants to live forever....so does Barbossa and the obession is to great to be reasoned with. Driving his crew into danger, Jack's ready to risk life and limb for the posibility of becoming a god himself. That and shot at being renamed the God of Rum. Rules:
1. no spamming 2. ALWAYS STAY IN CHARACTER 3. NO cursing!!!! 4. Common curtesy is a must 5. NO GODMODING (unless otherwise stated) 6. have fun maties note: maties..this be a loose story plot...some things can change..but it's not likely....enjoy.....

Only years of strict emotional control stopped Hawk from reacting drastically to finding Jack all right. "Not 't all," he said with a shaky grin. "'S good t'find th' crew all right...an' you too...try not t'get yourself shot in the near future, all right? We still need you t'get th' Pearl back." He was speaking as a seasoned member of the crew now - perhaps now that he'd been in a battle, he could be one.
Orestes looked at Maria in surprise, then nodded with a smile. "Thank you...the one thing I need right now is my bro - cousin." He cursed himself for the slip of the tongue - worry for Rose was distracting him. "My cousin Roux...you know him? Can you bring him here, please?"

* She brought her hand back to her and looked at Orestes. He had told her to bring his cousin Roux over to him, but Maria wasn't quit sure, on the fact he had almost slipped his tounge and she wondered what for. *" Sure thing.." * Maria smiled and headed out the cabin. It took a while but she finally found Roux wandering the ships halls.* "There you are.." * She said taking his arm.* " Your cousin needs you." * She led him to back into the cabin. Placing him next to Orestes she nodded and smiled* " Now if thats all ye'll b' neddin' ?"

Evelyn's eyes widened as Eric spoke, she hadn't expected him to go off like this. Not at all. As he told her he would always love Ashley Evelyn felt...angry. She looked to him and she grew hot as he spoke. How could he say this? She knew Eric still loved Ashley, but for him to say these things so bluntly, hurt. So he really didn't have room for her, he couldn't...Then as he said he had felt so guilty the entire time she became infuriated. Evelyn curled her hands into fists and they shook. Guilty? She felt a bit...wrong now. As if she had been used, or that she had been his...substitute for Ashley...
Then his words fell on her, she felt as if all the air had been sucked from her and she couldn't breathe. "We were just caught up in a lie..." That's what he said...right? "I never bloody said IT WAS ALL A LIE!" Evelyn called angrily at him. Then, her heart sank and she dropped her head. Her eyes searched the deck and she sought a way to catch a breath, a lump filled her throat. Tears threatened and she felt them prickling her lids but she held them back.
Evelyn lifted her eyes to Eric as he began to pass her. He then, unexpectedly, embraced her and she barely managed to realize this before he pulled away. Evelyn stared at him coldly. How dare he do that to her? Tell her it was all a lie and then embrace her like this? She was ready to hit the man square across the jaw, but even now, she could bring herself to do it. When he told her she was greatly underestimating herself she shook her head and looked after him angrily. "Well, I'm obviously tha' bloody great if I'm nothin' compared to Ashley..." Evelyn said as he walked away, but he either did not hear her mumble, or couldn't care less and Evelyn wouldn't have been surprised with either one.
To this Evelyn bit her nails a bit, gnawing at what was barely there, and looked up to the blue skies. She sighed heavily...it was done with. A part of her, deep down, wanted to fall down and cry, but she was Evelyn Pearl, damnit. Besides she up here in broad daylight, and amongst the crew. She noted as a couple of the crewmates turned to look at her and she gave them all a hard glare. "BACK TA WORK!" she called at them angrily. "Bloody pirates..." she mumbled and in that instant Evelyn...was changed. She hardened herself, Eric wouldn't get to her again...he obviously didn't care enough to even ATTEMPT to work things out...she had expected more of a fight from him for them to stay together, even though she knew in the end she would have turned him away.
Evelyn cared for Eric...more than he might ever know now...he was the only man to show her true kindness like this, that is besides Jack Sparrow himself, who very kindly took a chance in allowing her aboard his legendary ship. She had felt so safe with him, so...different...but it was all a lie...he had said it himself.
She muttered to herself and made to lean against the railing as her leg pulsed. She bit her lip and her eyes turned cold against the warm sunrise...she was back...to the way she was...the way she was supposed to be...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Selina was smacked across the face hard and she crumpled onto the deck of the Pearl. She sputtered and coughed out blood onto the deck. Her eyes were dizzy and her world was spinning. Selina turned and looked at Barbossa and her eyes were cold but afraid all the same. Selina scrambled to try and crawl away from his grasp again.
"Bring the wench back!" Barbossa barked angrily and soon she felt hands grasping at her. Selina fought back but was tired out already from the beating she had recieved from Evelyn, and her body ached. The hands that grasped at her took from her all her effects, peeling away pistols, sword, and dagger. They pulled her up towards Barbossa and her lip trembled. He came close to her face and she could feel his awful breath down her face.
"Yer NOT ta touch Jack Sparrow...that sea dog is mine..." he began and Selina spit out more blood again as she coughed. Her head was pulled back, a hand was grasping her dark hair and was pulling at her. "I...I didn't know..." Selina said in a pleading tone. Then she was smacked down again and she tumbled onto the decks of the Pearl once again. Tears fell automatically from her eyes out of sheer pain. "Stop!" she called out to him and all she could hear was the laughter from the rest of the crew. He was going to humiliate her in front of everyone.
For a fleeting moment her eyes turned to Gypsy, the only other woman aboard, although she didn't know why. Perhaps she sought some sympathy from her, perhaps she could step in and stop this. Then spit was felt as she looked up and Barbossa spit down upon her. Selina was enraged but she knew any further angry actions could end with her walking the plank, or having her hanged.
"I didn't know...I didn't know I wasn't supposed to kill him! I was doing my job!" she called at him defiantly as she stared up at him, but a boot found its way to her side and she cursed and screamed as she hit the deck flatly. More laughter erupted and soon she was enclosed in a circle. The rest of the crew jeered at her, called out curse words, called her every word imagined that described a rather...'used' woman.
She closed her eyes, willing it to go away...she had no ally's upon this ship...she thought of Damien for a fleeting moment and wished he came upon deck and saved her from this, but that was expecting too much from him. They had one night together...and anyway, if he had cared he'd have jumped to her rescue by now.
"Ye bloody bastard Barbossa! YOU NEED ME!" she screamed as she cleared her mouth of excess blood. She was a complete mess and she stood up angrily, lashing out at anyone who came near. One of the crew stepped forward to her and she lashed out a hand, clawing him across the face. "YOU BACK AWAY FROM ME!" she screamed pointing a finger at him. Then she turned her eyes to Barbossa. "YOU KNOW YOU DAMN WELL YOU NEED ME!" she called trying to give him a reason to keep her alive.
"I can get information..." Selina began rapidly as she stepped away from a hand that grabbed a lock of her hair. The men around her jeered at her and she knew she was in a dangerous position. Being such a beauty had always been an asset to Selina, but at the moment, it was nothing but a curse. "You know I can..." Selina said as her spanish began to take over her english. "Por favor, yo te puedo dar lo que quieres! Pida lo, y yo te lo doy! Quieres informacion? Ye te lo consigo!" She was rambling on in Spanish, her native language rolling off of her tongue fluidly. It was as if she had been speaking it her whole life.
At the moment Selina was a rabid animal and would fight tooth and nail to stay alive. She didn't care anymore...about ANYTHING...not like she had cared for anything before really...except...no...she couldn't have...
::Barbossa scowled at Selina. She was behaving like a wild animal caught in a trap, doing anything she could to survive. She knew he wouldn't hesistate to kill her: after all, he wasn't known throughout the Caribbean for his kindness, nor for his mercy...::
::Selina began ranting about something, her English and Spanish fighting for dominance in her frightened state. Even with the mixed languages, Barbossa understood her bargain well enough::
"I can get you infomation...!"
::He frowned. Of course he knew what she meant. She was referring to Damien, and the promise she had made to find out what he wanted with Jack. No doubt she was the only person who could do this for him....but he could not simply let her crime go unpunished::
"ENOUGH! All of ye, back off!" ::He drew Selina from the crowd by her arm - none too gently - and stared deep into her eyes. He could always use her to find out what he wanted, and kill her later, he supposed::
::Speaking softly so the others couldn't hear, he whispered in her ear:: "Ye get me that information, an' I may just o'erlook this little mis'ap, eh? But I'll be watchin' ye, Selina. Count on it....."
::He shoved her away and moved back over to the crowd:: "Which one o' ye landlubbers was the one who tossed Sparrow o'erboard?!" ::As expected, no one stepped forward. Barbossa sighed, drew his pistol, and shot one of the pirates closest to him. Then man fell to the deck with a startled cry, and immediately the culprit was shoved forward at the captain's feet::
::Barbossa snarled and dragged the man up by his hair: "Ye filthy swine...." ::Without giving the man a chance to speak, Barbossa shot him in the chest and tosses his limp body over the railing. He wiped the blood off his face and turned to the rest of the crew::
"Clean this mess up! NOW!!" ::He stormed up to Selina, grabbed her arm, and dragged her off to his cabin to further discuss her punishment...::
Selina was shoved to the ground and sputtered. The blood had ceased to flow so much now but she was still red in the face, bot from his slaps that ripped at her lips, and the bloody nose Evelyn had given her.
Before she knew it she could hear Barbossa asking for the man who had tossed Jack overboard and watched in terror at it all. The man was completely, and utterly, merciless. A lot like her really, she'd have done the exact same thing if she needed to. She stared around as the men backed away from Barbossa frightened as he barked out at them and she attempted to stand, when Barbossa lifted her up by the arm and dragged her into his cabin.
She was shoved in and the door slammed shut. Selina took a deep breath and looked around his quarters. She blinked a couple times and then felt her head as it began to ache and felt something like a bump on the side of her head, clearly from the beating she had been served by Evelyn. Her hatred only grew for the woman, and she would kill her someday soon, she knew this.
"Barbossa, I promise you, I'll get you the information!" she told him with a small smirk of hope. She prayed she could get back on his good side, seeing as how his angry side wasn't all too pleasant.
"Shut up!" He barked at her as he headed to a table and grabbed a goblet sitting upon it. He took a long drink from the wine. "Ya know...this fine wine is probably the best I e'er tasted." Barbossa said with a sigh as he turned to her. "Here! Have some!" he said angrily as he threw the rest of the contents on her.
The wine splashed over her turning her clothes a crimson color. "Barbossa, I am sorry, I did not know!" She pleaded.
Barbossa looked Selina over curiously, amazing how such a beautiful woman can STILL look so beautiful even when beaten to this extent, and then...he noticed something. There was blood dripping form the side of her head a bit, and a bruise, black and purple, marred her the side of her head. Her nose bled and he distinctly remembered never punching the woman in the nose outright.
"Selina? What 'xactly is tha'? Who did this to ya?" He asked her furrowing his brows a bit.
Selina widened her eyes a bit at his comment and she bit her lip. "Evelyn Pearl. She lured me into a fight with fists...primitive really..." Selina said rolling her eyes.
Barbossa walked closer to Selina and looked at her carefully. "Evelyn Pearl? Woul' tha' be tha' brown, curly, honey eyed lass?" Barbossa asked curiously.
Selina looked him over and wondered how he knew. Why he had become so interested. "Yes, she is. Horrible piece of a human, really." Selina said as Barbossa backed away from her. Then his eyes turned cold.
"Well? Go! Leave my sight! Ya know what I WANT!" he yelled at her and Selina stood.
Then she scurried off towards her cabin. Hoping to find Damien there...knowing she was going to need some information...and fast!
(I have Evy's permission to NPC Selina, just to reduce the number of back-to-back posts!)
::Barbossa smirked as the red wine ran down Selina's face and clothes. It reminded him of blood, and of death.... Two of his favorite things. Then he noticed something else. Selina had a large cut on her head, and bruises that he knew couldn't have come from him::
"Who did tha' to ye...?" ::That's when he heard her name...Evelyn Pearl. He remembered seeing her on the deck during the fight, and something about her had caught his attention. Could it be a warning? Some inner fear....or desire?::
::He couldn't decide at the moment, so he simply shrugged it off:: "Well go! Ye know what I want!!"
::He watched as Selina scrambled out of his cabin, then he flopped down in his chair and stared at the ceiling::
"Evelyn....."
~~~
:: Damien sighed as he stared at the door of Selina's cabin. He could hear the fight raging above deck, the cannon blasts from both the Pearl and the other ship. He wanted to go out there, to help fight...to protect Selina... but he couldn't. There was nothing he could do so long as the sun was out::
::Before long, the cannon fire subsided, and it seemed as though the other ship was retreating. Damien closed his eyes and tried to search for Selina's presence, hoping she was alright. Finally he sensed her! But....something was wrong. She was angry, and afraid. Yet she was still aboard the Pearl!::
"Barbossa....!!"
::He jumped to his feet and made for the door, then stopped. What was he doing?! He knew he couldn't go outside.... He could do no more for her out there than he could locked in her room. He flopped back onto the bed and fought the urge to punch something::
::Then suddenly, there was a shot on deck...and another. Something was going on... A few moments later, there were footsteps in the hallway, growing closer. Cautiously, the vampire slid from the mattress and crept over, stopping in front of the door::
::The latch clicked, and the door started to swing open. Instinctively, Damien's fangs extended, and he was ready to pounce. Then....::
"SELINA?!" ::Selina stood in the door frame, her face and chest covered with blood and wine, and looking weak. Damien ran to her and caught her in his arms as she collapsed forward. He gently carried her over to the bed and propped her against the headboard::
"Selina, what happened to you?! Who did this?" ::He sat next to her and stroked her face comfortingly. She looked up at him wearily....and her eyes widened. She jumped back and nearly fell off the bed::
"What the Hell are those?!" ::she screamed. Two large fangs were protruding over Damien's bottom lip, and his eyes were red. Selina covered her mouth with a trembling hand and backed away until she hit the wall::
:: Damien was confused for a moment, but then realized what she was talking about. He put a hand to his mouth, felt the fangs still there, and paled. How was he supposed to explain this?!::
"Selina, I - it's not important.... We have to see to your wounds first."
::He started forward, but Selina whipped out her pistol and aimed it directly at him:: "Stay away from me, you....MONSTER!

*Eric paused a moment as he heard Evelyns remark to him about her not being as good as Ashley. How could she possibly say something like that and compare herself to a woman whom she only knew by Erics words. It was impossible, they were two different women who had different things to offer. Evelyn wasn't Ashley and never would be. But that wasn't what he had wanted from her. Finally he just shook his head and continued on with Will. As he and Will searched for the rum below decks it was obvious Erics mind was somewhere else. He was opening boxes and closing them again without even looking inside. Then he swallowed hard as bitter thoughts of Evelyn flooded his mind. He cared about her more than he ever thought he would care about someone again, and in a way that frightened him. For the past five years or more Ashley had been his everything and then suddenly, over these past few days with Evelyn it hit him that for once she hadn't been. Eric glanced over his shoulder towards the stairs and wanted more than anything to run back up on deck, run to Evelyn and let her know he would never leave, even though he knew she wanted him to. He looked around a moment then rushed towards the stairs, making it half way up them when suddenly Wills voice pierced the air and he stopped.*
*Will opened a large crate and inside sat dozens and dozens of bottles filled to the top with rum, a seemingly precious commodidity among Jack and his crew. Will grabbed a bottle and held it up, spinning around as Eric went bolting up the stairs.* Eric, I found the rum! There's got to be at least fifty bottles in these crates. That should last Jack a good day or so. *Will said, turning back to the crates to remove a few more bottles.*
*Eric mustered up a smile as Will discovered the rum and then he sighed heavily, loosing all courage he had just had to tell Evelyn the truth. He decided he would let it be, deal with the rest of the voyage as casually as he could and make his way back out of the lifes of pirates for as long as he lived once his feet touched down in Port Royal again. He trotted down the stairs and took one of the bottles from Will, chugging as much as he could before wiping his mouth and recorking it.*
*Will raised a brow as Eric snatched the bottle then he laughed.* Save some for the Captain mate. He'll kill you if you drink it all. Can you imagine what he wanted to do to Elizabeth when they were stuck on that island? *Will said, surprised his wife had actually lived through that. He grunted a bit, snatching the bottle back. He nodded his head toward the stairs then trotted back up to Jacks cabin and appeared in the doorway with a triumphant grin.* I come with gifts. *He said, walking over to the man and holding a bottle of rum out to him. He offered one to Hawk as well.*
*Eric watched Will head back up on deck to deliver his findings to the crew. He laughed breifly and shook his head as he thought about the guy. Then he took a deep breath and headed back up on deck, helping where he was needed as he tried his best to act like nothing was bothering him and as if everything was as it always had been.*

Selina's hands shook as the pistol remained aimed at him and she was frightened...instinctively. Seeing him like this was shocking to say the very least and she wasn't sure what to think. Every feeling of safety she had with him flew out the window but a thought came to her...if Damien had wanted to kill her, he would have done it last night, when she was with him.
Selina sighed and lowered the pistol a bit but kept it at the ready. She sighed heavily and knew she'd have to get on his good side if she was to go ahead and get more information from him. She watched him closely as he stepped forward.
Damien looked Selina over and he retracted his fangs, one of the steps to calm her down. He would have to tell her now, he knew it, or she'd tell Barbossa...or she might never speak to him again, he wasn't sure which was best. "Selina, sit down, please...let me explain." He began as he reached a hand out to her. He was a bit nervous wether she'd take his hand or not, not so much about the pistol because, well...it wouldn't do anything to him really...
Selina looked him over and then gave him her hand as he led her to the bed where she sat down. Her eyes searched him briefly.
"Now, first, what happened to you?" Damien asked looking her face over carefully. She was banged up and bruised really bad and he frowned at this. Not only because this had happened, but because he was helpless to stop this. He knew very well he couldn't have done a thing even if he wanted.
"Erm..." Selina began slowly. "Evelyn Pearl and Barbossa...went a bit out of line I suppose. Did something I wasn't supposed to, but...I learned my lesson." She told him hurriedly.
Damien looked her over curiously and frowned. "He shouldn't have done all of THIS to YOU!" he said angrly as his eyes blazed a bit and he felt his blood pump in anger. He couldn't get him back for this, he knew, but he'd be damned if he'd leave her in a position where it would happen again. Although he knew this would be difficult.
"Damien, what...are you?" she asked him curiously furrowing her brows. She was halfway doing this out of pure curiosity and concern, and half doing this because Barbossa wanted answers.
Damien sighed gently as he hung his head a bit. Then he pulled up a chair and sat facing Selina. His pale hand caressing her face gently. He tore a piece of cloth from the bedspread and began to wipe at her wounds gently. "I'm a vampire." he told her simply.
Selina's eyes widened. "A vampire?" she asked. Selina had heard of tales of these things and pondered wether to delve further into this, but decided she'd leav it at this. Most everyone knew what this was. "Well, could you come clean then, with me at least?" she asked him giving him a sly smirked and lifting a brow. Her seductive instincts coming in to play.
Damien took her face in his hands, enjoying the feel of her beautiful face. He had had a good look at it last night, ah....last night. "Alright...what do you want to know?" He asked her as he looked up at her and met her eyes. The urge deep within him to simply pounce on her again.
"Why are you really here? I mean...I see no reason why YOU...a vampire, would want to be on this ship?" she asked him curiously. Biting her lip. She caressed his face softly as he began to tell his story and she nodded with a smile. She HATED that she would have to do this to him, but it was for her survival. She would never outlive today if she didn't go back to Barbossa with this...

:: Damien smiled weakly. So far, Selina was taking this all very well, but he didn't know how long it would last. Eventually the truth would sink in, and she would more than likely decide to leave him, or even to reveal the truth about him. But he'd worry about that later. For now, he felt Selina deserved to know the truth about him::
"When....I was little, my parents used to tell me stories of the ancient Greek gods. Everynight, I would go to sleep hearing tales of the mighty Zeus, or the beautiful Aphrodite. But my favorite tale of all was the one of the mysterious Box of Immortality. No matter how many times I heard it, I would never tire of the story. Soon, I became obsessed: it becam more than a legend for me, I believed it was real. And I became determined to find it.
"Then one night, as I was walking through the streets of Venice, I was attacked... by a vampire. I didn't understand what was happening to me, why I suddenly had a craving for human blood, why my senses seemed to be growing stronger.... I knew my family would never accept me for what I was becoming, so I left.
"I don't know how I ended up in the Caribbean. It was as if I had been drawn by something, or someone. But I began to grow weak, as I refused to kill anyone for blood. That's when He found me. The man who'd attacked me. He said he had been waiting for me to come to him, so that he could teach me how to survive."
::He pause for a moment to register Selina's expression. He knew this would be a lot for her to take in...Hell, it was a lot for him too. He'd never told this story to anyone before, and it pained him to remember::
"Xavier and I travelled the islands of the Caribbean for years, moving from one town to the next whenever things got too dangerous for our kind. He was my closest friend...." ::He took a deep breath, determinded to continue no matter how much it pained him::
"When they came to our room that night, I had just settled down into my coffin to sleep. Xavier was keeping watch at the door. He saw them coming, but there were too many to stop. He had just enough time to wake me up before they burst in. I watched in terror as Xavier, my friend and my teacher, was destroyed by the villagers.
"From then on, I vowed to avenge his death, and in order to do that, I need the Box of Immortality. So....that's why I'm here. That's why I need to find this Jack Sparrow. He knows where it is, and how to get to it."
:: Damien sighed, and looked back up at Selina. How would she take all this?::

Evelyn looked out to see and Eric ran through her head constantly. She shook her head and at once made to forget him, instead she turned her thoughts to other things. The battle for instance...Selina! Evelyn furrowed her brows as she thought about this. What WAS Selina doing around these parts? She half expected Selina to have been married with some Spanish bloke by now, she always was the fancy to do type.
That woman was a pain, but Evelyn had given her a good beating, that is if she wasn't dead. Suddenly, Evelyn looked to the crows nest. Barbossa...they would need to tail him closely...but she couldn't help but sense there was something more to this whole situation. As far as Eve had seen a few of the others had returned from the Pearl from being captured. She had noted Hawk and Diana coming over...but someone else was missing.
Evelyn glanced around the ship. She's been blinded this entired time and she has barely noticed a thing. Whispers of Jack's injury reached her and she grew furious. She had let her Captain down. No, Evelyn would be on her toes for the remainder of the trip, although...she had the feeling this was no ordinary voyage or chase...there was something more to this and she would figure it out herself.
Selina mouth was slightly opened but she remained calm. This was Damien, not some animal! He defended her against the only harm that came her way so to her it didn't matter what he was. "Damien..." her eyes went soft. She looked him over and licked her lips a bit, nervously. "I do not care what you are, if that is what worries you." Selina began as she made to place a hand on him but pulled back slightly.
"Damien, you are the only man who has EVER stood up for me. I know you would not hurt me." She told him trying to reassure him. It was all a bit much and she didn't know what to think, but she knew she still cared for him...yes...Selina did care. She placed a hand softly upon his and she smiled slyly. "I knew you must have been unnatural." Selina laughed giving him a sly smile.
Then she leaned in and softly kissed his cheek. The electricity between them heightening, but Selina was exhausted and terribly tired. Yet, she still had to go tell Barbossa all of this. She pulled back from him. "You probably think I'm a horrible mess right now." She said as she pushed his hand away from her. She didn't have time for this...she needed to get back to Barbossa. "I, I need some fresh air. I shall be back." Selina said as she reluctantly left him.
As Selina headed out the door she turned back to smile at him once more, secretly kicking herself for this and wanting to cry, but knowing she had no other choice. As the door closed Selina left, making towards Barbossa's cabin.

Sarah walked to the side of the deck and breathed in the refreshing sea scent. She sighed. She was for once able to relax. She had heard a rumor that Maria was on deck and Sarah desperatly wanted to see her, but thought it best to let her leave Roux cabin first. Sarah wasn't sure if he was in need of Maria's services and didn't want to take her away from him. Her mind slowly wandered back to Port Royale when she suddenly swayed uneasily on her feet. She was feeling a bit dozen suddenly. She had never been seasick and did not believe she was now. Maybe she just needed some rest, but where was there an empty cabin? She wandered a bit towards Jack and Rose's cabin and saw Will and Eric. Will, do you know of an empty cabin? I'm feeling a bit dizzy.

:Jack smirked and sat up at the mention of rum and the smell of it seemed to have the same effect water had on plants. it was his lifeforce.:
"Thank you, Mr. Turner." Jack said, happily accepting the "gift" and took two huge gulps of it down and he smiled at Will: "you sure you won't be needin' some? Good a time as any to get started."

Hawk looks delighted. "Ah, nothin' like capturin' an' imprisonment t'make one want some rum..." In a movement much reminiscent of Jack, he grabbed a bottle and drained half of it. "Oh, wonderful, thank you, Mr. Turner," Hawk said earnestly, looking considerably less tired and worried now that the gods of rum had sent them the miraculous liquid. The grin on his face was extremely reminiscent of Jack as well...

Roux was taken to his brother by Maria who looked determined to bring him there. He gave her a small smile then turned his face towards Orestes.
"A small victory. We have all the mortals aboard." He said gently. "and only Callisto is missing. I am afraid our cover has been blown, so to speak." He added softly. "I had to help the wounded. It's hard not to become fond of such fragile things."
He looked at his brother, hoping he'd forgive him his rashness. Apollo rarely added on impluse in such situations. but he'd become fond of the crew and the captain. He had to help them. With a concerned look he gestured to Jack's cabin.
"Is he aware of his children? Are all of them well?"
