Hey there Jack! I was just wonderin' mate...how do you get a higher rank? I think I noticed a couple people with a higher rank than me, but I have more posts? Or do you not judge them by posts? Could ye please tell me what signifies a promotion for a higher rank? Thank ye kindly. *grins*

Often the ranking system is done by the number of posts. However...in soon cases it is not the number of posts that is judged but the participation a certain member has shown. Take...one of our own rulers..Norrington. He does not have many posts.....but his contribution to the site has been great! Sometimes it could even mean the lenght of time you've been here. Don't worry my friend....you'll move up in rank soon....

it's never wrong to ask questions mate...that's why we have the place set up for that! Just to have a place to understand things....always ask if you have a problem or question...all the admins are here to help...and ensure that everyone has fun.....

Question from the slow one...
Can I delete my own post or are the Adminitrators the only ones that can? Because I accidently submitted a post in twice and I want to delete one of them....is that alright?
Oh also mate...I wanted to suggest something (Looked for the thread for that briefly but couldn't find it...if ye have one so I'll post it here) Why don't we have thread a thread where you can visit the Black Pearl itself, I mean while it's docked...ye know for the crew...maybe we can have a cook for the ship and have a thread called the Galley? Also why don't we assign jobs among the Pearl? Thos that swab the deck, the person in the crows nest, the cook, and so on...what d'ye think mate?

Indeed the Black Pearl would be a nice place to open mate.....but personally....and from what I say from this point on is entirely my opinion......
The Pearl is something that should be touched or used...it's a dream ship to a certain extent...beautiful in it's ghostly ness and rareity.....
We don't assign places because well....to be honest....why should places be assigned? I can see what you mean. We were going to invent something like specific ships with specific crews later on.....but we need more members for a undertaking of that sort. Othersie we'd only have two ships....or many small ships and many captains but no crew........
This all takes time matie.....and trust me...in time......this place will grow and change......

Oh drat it all! Im back for a little bit and my stupid comp wont let me sign in....
Yep you guessed it its the loveble Saber Tompson, but for some reson my macafee privacy service wont suport cookies. (im useing my dads account) So i have to come in as a guest, but low and behold youve blocked all the fun stuff for guests so I cant do a thing.
I also cant check my mail still and I cant get on the plaza so I am in a fix. Anyway I just wanted to say Hi and this was like the only place I could do it.
