*Eric was still torn between staying put and going to Evelyn. Even though he had joked about her getting shot it wasn't something that he actually wanted to have her go through. It was the type of expirience he didn't want to have to relive ever again. Though he was sure she would be alright, considering the location of the wound. He quickly turned to Sarah and then he frowned a bit more.* Are you sure about that? I don't want to leave and then have something bad happen to you. *He said, then opened his mouth to speak again when Rose came over, offering to take his place. He smiled, glad to see her and he gave her a quick hug after Sarah.* Glad to see you Rose. And thank you. *He said, his smile growing. He patted both women on the shoulder and turned, rushing towards the cabin Will had put Evelyn in.*
*Will looked at Evelyn and his dark eyes sparkled curiously as she growled the words "Bloody bastard". It took him a moment to realize she wasn't talk about him. The moment he saw Eric with Sarah he laughed and shook his head. As he turned to carry her into the doorway he accidently hit her bad leg on the doorframe. He cringed at her curse and hoped she wouldn't slap him. Of course he was the one holding her and could drop her just as easily if he needed to, and he figured she knew that. As he set her on the bed he watched as it seemed she was going to do all the doctor work herself.* You're not going to take that out yourself? *He asked. He gave her a smirk as she muttered at him but said nothing more as he folded his arms. Then she tossed the bandanna at him and once again asked for his help.* You know if you were a little more polite, you might get more help. *He stated, catching it. He looked over her leg for a moment then shook his head.* Suck it in Evy because I dont have time to get you rum. *He stated, noticing she was practicaly out of it now. He figured this was the best time to get the bullet out. He wasn't exactly trained in any sort of medical things but he figured common sense would get him through it. He grabbed her leg and as quickly as he could he removed the bullet, managing to retrieve it on the first try.* I got it! It's out. *He stated, wrapping the bandanna about her leg.*
*Eric burst in through the door just as Will was tying the bandanna about Evelyns leg. He sat down on the edge of the bed and pushed the curls from her face so that he could clearly see her eyes. Then he frowned. It was obvious she had lost a lot of blood and she wasn't focusing.* Evelyn lay down. You're going to have to sit the rest of this battle out. *He stated, motioning for Will to bring him a cool rag from the washbasin. Will scurried over with one and Eric folded it, resting it across her forehead. Then he shook his head and a soft laugh escaped his lips.* Bloody hell Evelyn. Its a miracle youve lasted this long in one piece. *He stated. Then his eyes shot towards the cabin door as Sarah burst in. Erics brow furrowed and he looked at Will.*
*Will groaned at Sarahs words and he glanced around, trying to figure out what to do. Finally he placed a hand on Erics shoulder and gave it a squeeze.* Stay here, make sure Evelyns okay. Sarah, come with me. *He stated, briefly grabbing her arm as he rushed out of the cabin. He dropped it as he left the doorway and trotted towards Jack. He could tell by the look in Jacks eyes that the man knew what needed to be done.* Jack, you're going to have to let the ship go. The crew is loosing, they won't win if you don't pull back and wait for the opportune moment . *Will said, his last few words mocking the voice of Jack. He knew it was dumb to argue with the Captain about laying back down as only death itself could put the man to rest. And Will wondered if even that would happen.* Jack, don't make me oar you again. *Will said in a half humerous, half serious tone.*

Evelyn looked Will over as he asked her to be polite. Evelyn only gave a soft growl. At the moment she wasn't ready to be saying thank you or please's. "If anythin' ye should jus' appreciate the fact tha' 'm not rippin' off yer head!" She told him breathing heavily trying to get through the shocks of pain. As Will went in to get the bullet she lited a brow, grasping the sides of the bed, "Ye sure ye can...ARGH!" Evelyn bit down on her bottom lip as he fished out the bullet in her leg.
As Eric came in Evelyn sat upright and wiped the sweat from her brow. "Ye bloody bastard..." Evelyn mumbled as he entered. When he told her she'd sit the rest of the battle out Evelyn sighed deeply. " Is tha' right? Too bad...ye won' be able to be makin' any more bets on me gettin' injured, will ye!?" Evelyn said as she scooted away from him slightly, not able to fully move away.
Evelyn looked up as Sarah entered and she shot her a hard glare and once she left she took a deep, obviously bothered breath. "What were ye doin' here talkin' ta HER anyway." Evelyn said as she threw the rag he had placed upon her head to the floor angrily. "Thought waitin' 'ere havin' a cozy conversation with her while I'm off in battle was convinient, didn' ye?" Evelyn asked him crossing her arms and cringing in pain a bit.

*Eric raised a brow and honestly looked surprised when she called him a bastard. He certainly hadn't been expecting that one, at least not at that very moment. He was hoping she was simply delierious and that the pain was talking, not her. But for some reason, he doubted that was the reason. Then as soon as she spoke to him and scooted away he cringed and ran his fingers through his hair.* You saw that huh? It was only a joke. *He said, as if that made it better. He watched as Will and Sarah rushed off and then he noticed the cold glare that Evelyn gave the young woman. He frowned, his eyes returning to the spot where Sarah had just been and he rose to his feet, shoving his hands in his pockets.* I was talking to Sarah because she was standing by me and she's a person and I do tend to talk to people. I don't see why you should care so much about it. *He said, his gaze turning to the rag she tossed on the floor. He couldn't get it. Women were too bloody confusing and he knew they would never change, so why even try to figure them out.* And I didn't ask you to swing over to the Pearl and fight Evelyn. I didn't ask you to risk it all and get yourself shot. So don't you dare turn this around on me. It was a simple conversation. Im allowed to have those whether you like it or not. *He stated, picking the rag back up and tossing it at her, obviously very angry and rather annoyed.*

Evelyn huffed angrily and her blood pumped furiously. She blinked a few times and strained to hold herself up against the bed's backpost. "I never said it's yer bloody fault that I got shot!" Evelyn growled taking up the rag and tossing back at him. She almost toppled out of bed she was so infuriated at him. "Wether I like it er not, ye say? Well FINE! Go ahead! Go falanderin' off with other women on board!" Evelyn told him as she blinked a few times again, trying to remain focused.
"I care because, well...I bloody do!" Evelyn told him wiping her hand over her face gently, trying to wipe some of the sweat off of her face. "Don' ye bloody be sarcastic with me!" Evelyn took a glance at her leg and she noticed as the dark fabric became darker, the blood slowly still seeping. "What...I can' be jealous now? Can' be bloody worried ye might...go off with someone else? Can'...can'..." it was then Evelyn's eyes closed slowly and she took deep breaths.
"Ye bastard..." Evelyn breathed. Her breath coming in shallow successions now. "Jus'...jus' bloody leave." She muttered, her eyes still closed. Evelyn waved her hand at him, not wanting to think about the matter anymore. She was jealous, that was true...she couldn't help it. "GO!" she called at him once more before trying to concentrate and regain her strength a bit.

*Eric just stood there as she tossed the rag back at him. It hit his chest and dropped to the floor before his feet. His eyes focused on her and he shook his head.* I didn't say you were making it my fault you got shot, I was saying dont make it sound like I did something wrong by standing with Sarah while you fought. I was guarding Jacks bloody cabin. *He said defensivly. His brown eyes flickered as his jaw clenched. He watched as she wobbled up off the bed and he was about to try and help her sit back down when he quickly stopped and glarred at her angrily. He couldn't believe she had just accused him of that. Eric wasn't perfect by far but he would never do something like that.* I can't believe you just said that. That was the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life. I talk to another woman and right away I'm running around with them! *He cried. He tipped his head to the side as she explained that she was a bit jealous and that she worried he would run off with someone else.* Evelyn I'm not gonna- *He began, reaching his hand out to her but then she again insulted him and told him to leave. He paused for a moment but he didn't move a muscle, not even when she yelled at him again. He only shook his head.* You might be a good fighter Evelyn, but you wont win them all. *He stated, referring to their own fights, not true battle. Then he hung his head and hurried from the room, slamming the cabin door as he left. He lingered outside the doorway for a moment then rolled his eyes and hurried back inside. He went over to her, lifted her up, and gently tossed her onto the bed. He grabbed a red sash he saw on the table and sat down beside her, taking off the bandanna and replacing it with the sash.* I decided you're not gonna win this fight either. Now lay down and sleep before you give yourself a stroke. *He stated. His eyes were softer but he was still rather angry over the way she had acted.*

Evelyn sat there and didn't look at him as he yelled back at her. As he commented on her fighting she sighed heavily. "I can bloody well try!" She yelled with all the energy she could as he left the room. "Good bloody riddance." She muttered. She laid her head back when he entered the room once again and Evelyn's eyes widened as he helped her out. She opened her mouth but couldn't utter anything.
When he replaced the bandana she smirked only slightly, happy he hadn't left her completely. She sat back and crossed her arms. "What if I don' want ta sleep? Ye can' do anythin' 'bout it." She told him firmly with a nod of her head. Evelyn swayed upon the bed a bit and struggled to keep herself from falling over. " 'M..." she attempted to apologize but couldn't. " 'M sorry." Evelyn almost said in a whisper.
"Didn' mean ta accuse ye..." She told him but sighed heavily. "But, you standing there gettin' all COZY with her didn' make the whole scene look too right. I bet if I went off and ended up laughin' and smilin' like tha' with some other bloke it'd drive ye crazy too." She told him with a nod and blinked.
"Gah..." Evelyn said waving her hand at him a bit. She sighed deeply and her eyes closed. "Can' help it mate..." She groaned as she gripped the side of the bed, another wave of pain pulsing through her leg. "An' ye don' HAVE ta be here. I can take care o' my bloody self." Evelyn said in just a whisper. Her breathing was shallow.

*Eric grinned at her and he sat back, crossing his arms as well as she said there wasn't anything he could do to force her to sleep.* Oh, I wouldn't say that. I picked up a thing or two in Tortuga. *He joked, keeping a close eye on her to make sure she didnt topple right out of the bed. At the rate she was going that seemed to be where she was heading. Then his eyes widened with complete shock as she actually appologized to him. He glanced from side to side then back to her and he raised a brow.* You know what, I think Hell just froze over. *He stated, grinning playfully. Then he laughed and he lowered his head a bit and shrugged.* I'll admit it would drive me a little crazy. But I wouldn't call you a bastard. *He said humerously. Then he gently nudged her, softly as not to tip her over.* But I dont think I'll have to worry about that. *He stated. He frowned a bit as she gripped the side of the bed. His smile quickly returned at her last comment and he shook his head. He figured it wouldn't be long before the crew had to pull back and wait to attack the Pearl at a later time, so he didn't see any reason for going back out into the fighting. He yawned and then pulled a chair over to the bed, turning it around and sitting in it backwards, folding his arms atop the back of the chair and resting his chin on them.* I know, I know. *He said. Despite her words he knew it was best if he stayed. This time he wouldn't let a bullet change his life. Her wounds were obviously not fatal but he was worried none the less.*

Evelyn grinned at his comments slightly. "Ye don' think ye have to worry 'bout it, eh?" Evelyn asked him lifting a brow. "Heh...why's that? I mean I've seen a few lads 'round the ship who look a bit...interestin'...Roux's a handsomeone one...so is Hawk...a bit young...but..." Evelyn chuckled very lightly as she cringed again. "An' I know ye wouldn't call me a bastard mate...don' have the skin fer it...ye softie." Evelyn smiled reaching out to gently touch him and then pulled her hand back.
Evelyn closed her eyes a bit and took in a deep breath as she heard him gathering up a chair and sitting. As he said 'I know.' Evelyn shook her head. "Stubborn as an ass...as usual." Evelyn stated with a small chuckle. "Good thin' I'M not like that." She said with a laugh and she cringed a bit.
She turned her honeyed eyes to him briefly and tried focusing so she could see his face."Eric mate...don' ever let me catch ye goin' off with anyone..." Eve said in a bit of her delirium. "Or I swear I'd hunt ye down myself..." she said out of breath. Then she lifted her brows and cracked a smile. "Ye don' have ta stay..." she said reaching a hand out attempting to gently touch his cheek before she closed her eyes and suddenly fell to the ground, finally giving into the dark abyss that was attempting to claim her. She had needed to reach out to Eric, in her attempt though she had come up short.

*Eric chuckled and rolled his eyes as mentioned Roux and Hawk being handsome ones.* Im sure they'd be delighted to know that *He said, glancing at her hand as she held out her hand then pulled back. He raised a brow but grinned.* Well if it came down to it I could think of a name or two to toss your way. *He stated and then nodded proudly as she called him stubborn.* And don't you forget it. *He said, nodding.* You? Stubborn? That could never happen. *He said with a grunt as he rolled his eyes. She was the most stubborn person he had ever met and she only seemed to get worse with every passing day. Then she threatened to hunt him down if he ran off with someone.* Well damn, there goes the rest of my future. *He stated, yawning again. He opened his mouth to state why he had decided to stay when she reached out to him again. He smiled and then suddenly she dissapeared from sight and he heard her topple to the ground. He peeked over the edge of the chair and saw her crumpled up at its base.* Bloody hell Evelyn! *He cried jumping down. He lifted her up and propped her back up on the bed, pulling the covers up to her waist and pushing the dark locks from her face. He frowned as he looked her up and down. Well at least she would always keep him on his toes. There wouldnt be a dull moment when he was around her that was certain.* What am I gonna do with you? *He said softly, stroking her forehead for a moment. Then he retuned to his spot on the chair, same position as last time and forced himself to stay awake even though his eyelids blinked heavily. He hadn't slept much in the past few days and it was catching up with him.*

Hawk felt himself being swung over onto the Hell's Revenge, and grinned weakly at Diana. His strength was returning, though, and he stayed close to the girl, glancing around at the battle. "Not bad at all," he said with a grin. "I'm feelin' better...what about you? Not 'urt, I 'ope...thanks, by th' way, for takin' care o' me like that..." Being cared for by another member of a crew was new for Hawk, who'd never seen such loyalty 'til he came to the Pearl...
Rose frowned at Jack, then watched as Sarah went to get Will. She grinned a bit as Will spoke, then stepped forward, eyes earnest. She was young, but she had something to say. "Cap'n, you've got a rough time of 't...so've th' crew...y'know, if you'd rest a bit, you'd see what 'as t'be done..." She felt a bit cowed, speaking so boldly to the captain, but she continued, her voice strong. "Gettin' yourself killed won't win th' Pearl back, Cap'n, but if we pull back...regroup...plan a bit better...we can attack again, an' pull off a real rescue, without a wounded crew an' cap'n."
She attempted a grin at the last bit; during the speech she'd swayed a little from her head wound (it was still bleeding, she'd have to get attention soon) and grabbed onto the doorframe to steady herself. She looked straight at Jack with bated breath, wondering what he'd so.
Hermes had joined the fight as Orestes, giving himself the appearance of dirty and somewhat wounded, though not really being so. For now, the Sparrows were all fine...they'd pull through, he was sure of it, and when the battle raged down he'd give them attention...

*Tobbs was fighting all along everything happened around her, barely noticing the man that was coming towards her. She turned just in time to see Evy help him meet his end and reminded herself she'd needed to thank the woman for it.*
*When she saw Jack on the Pearl, she muttered and rolled her eyes, trying to hide the growing worry she was feeling come over her. She spun around and blocked a blow to the right, made a gash in a pirate's arm to the left, slid underneath a pair of feet and thrust her blade into the nearest back of Barbossa's crew.*
*Standing proudly and smiling over her win, she twirled the blades she held in each hand around, remembering the years of glory given for her skills. She grew concentrated, and made ready a rather talented member of Barbossa's crew as a target, who was good...no, great really with a blade.*
*As she blocked his blow from one of Jack's crew, she threw him backwards and laughed lightly, making a slash on his cheek. She watched his anger grow and shrugged, stepping backwards as he flipped up. She immediately locked into a heated battle, watching his moves as he made them.*
"You're skilled with a blade, sir scum."
"As are you, wench."
"So Barbossa finally hired some proffessionals, eh? That is, if you're made of enough to call you a professional!"
*At this, she gave a sudden lunge forward, catching him off guard. Slamming him against the side of the ship, she gave a menacing glare at him.*
"Ne'er call me a wench, ya dirdy filth for a man!"
*All of a sudden she heard the confusion and chaos going on back on the Hell's Revenge. She saw Jack's wounded shape and Evy's crumpled body being led back, and her eyes filled with anxiety. She knew they would be defeated.*
"What's wrong, madam, loze some of your friends?" He sputtered blood from a cut in his mouth and she drew her face close to his.*
"We're no' finished 'ere...I'll be seein' ya soon, very soon..."
*Slamming him against the wall enough to bring him out of consciousness, she made for the rest of the crew that was aboard the Pearl. Her mind swarmed with thoughts. Jack was injured, she needed to get to him, she needed to get the crew back on board the Hell's Revenge, she needed to get Callisto, she needed to tell someone to draw the ship back...gah, when a captain gets injured, all hell seems to break loose!*
"Cap'n is injured, back to the ship!" She whispered it to each of Jack's crew as best she could, making sure to wound a few of Barbossa's men along the way. She searched for the captain, looking warily for him so she could say a few words.*
*She rushed up beside Orestes and knocked out a man fair between his eyes, using her blades to finish off another.*
"Orestes, are you injured, hurt?" *She managed to glance at him quickly* "We won't win this fight, I know it, I can feel it. Jack's hurt, and I'm....
*she paused at her own words, wanting to hold back any emotion she'd have towards Sparrow or anyone at all for that matter. But this was life and death here, she told herself.*
....worried, I'm worried alright?! Gah....I'm pretty sure we need ta fall back, get off of the Pearl. Sparrow's stubborn, we both know that, 'e wont admit defeat for his ship, especially when 'e's 'urt like this. Try and 'elp as many crew as ya can back over, then get over yerself, alrigh'? I'll be there in no time...
*She gave a stinging blow to a man's chest and stepped back as he fell. Grabbing Orestes's shoulder, she spoke solemnly and grave.*
"If I'm no' back by the time ya ge' as many as ya can on the ship, leave me, I can fend fer myself. I need ya ta go 'elp the wounded...and 'elp Jack fer me, and Evy too. Savvy?"
*Before he could answer, she vanished from sight by means of a rope and a tug. Swinging over near the Captain's Cabin, she peered inside and suddenly saw Barbossa out of the corner of her eye. She needed to distract the man from action while the crew made their escape.*
"BARBOSSA! Come 'ere and fight like a man, ya filthy ole worthless wretch of a cap'n you! Why ya lookin' so stunned, sir coward? Won' ya accept a challenge when ya got one?"
*She walked haughtily forward, a mocking smile forming on her lips as she stared menacingly at him. She twirled her two blades and stopped right before him, letting him have time to ready his own blade against hers. Just as she sensed he was going to strike, she pulled on a rope and swung above him, landing just behind him on the side of the ship.*
"Come on, Barbossa, don' be gettin slow on me now!"
*She laughed mockingly and flipped above his head, blocking a blow he made and attemtpting to trip him or somehow get him unconscious. She noticed a rather tricky boards ticking out of the side of the ship, perfect to cause him to have a little stumble into a slepy world. She continued making blows and blocking off his, occasionally playing in a yawn or a bored expression with the smile she had, using slyness against him as well, as she drew him closer and closer to the board....*

Sarah walked with Will back to Jack and Rose. As soon as Will was done speaking Sarah whispered in his ear. Did you see that dirty look Evelyn gave me. Do you know what's up with her? Sarah's attention was then focused on the slightly swaying Rose. Rose my dear, are you alright? Sarah, then noticing the head wound, tears off a piece of here shirt. Wrapping it around Rose's head. Maybe you and Jack should both be taking a rest.

Orestes didn't have much time to process his interaction with Tobbs when she swung her way over to the Pearl. He groaned and cursed. "That woman'll be the death of me..." He split his attention, sending half after Tobbs to watch over her and the other half focusing on the battle. "Right...Jack and Evelyn..." He began to fight his way over to them.
Rose groaned a bit at Sarah's attention. "Sarah, mate, 'm fine...just a scratch, 've had worse..." Grinning a bit crookedly, she gestured to the still-raw scar on her cheek of a year ago. She'd never told Jack how she'd gotten it, but it was from a bar fight; someone had insulted her captain, and she'd instantly jumped to his defense, getting the messy scar.
"'ll be fine...the cap'n's our problem now..." Rose attempted to say again, in a slightly gentler tone. She was stubborn; and although her world was going fuzzy around the edges, she refused to admit it.

*Will glanced at Rose quickly, a look of surprise dancing in his dark eyes as a grin formed on his lips. He was impressed by the way this young lass was talking to Jack and he laughed a little, but nodded in agreement. He leaned in slightly as Sarah whispered to him then he laughed and looked at her for a moment.* My guess would be jealousy. Don't take it to heart. *He said, patting her arm and watched as she wrapped the bit of shirt around Roses wounded head. He laughed at the young girls defiance and focus for the Captain.* One is as bad as the other. *Will said, nudging Sarah a bit as he referred to Rose and Jack.* Getting yourself killed won't win the Pearl back, Rose. *He grinned, recalling her words from a little bit ago. Sarah was right, this lass needed just as much rest as the Captain did.*
