*Will smiled and nodded as Jack spoke and patted him on the back. Then out of no where Jack hit his legs with a board and sent Will flying to the ground on his back. Will landed with an umph then, still lying down, propped himself up on his elbows. Then he grinned and squinted his eyes a little.* Savvy. *He said, then got to his feet and dusted himself off.*

;Jack smiled at Will then helped him up: "Just provin' a point mate....yer a good swordsman...."
:He gave Will a pat on the shoulder then grinned: "youd'd make a great pirate..." He smiled. "But I don't think Elizabeth would take kindly to the idea of me influncing what remains of your propriety...savvy?"

*Carrie smiled even though she had been defeated by Captain Jack. She knew that he would catch onto her style easily, but it didn't hurt to try.* "Thank you for the compliment Jack. I'll just have to keep working at it. And seeing as I don't have myself a man I'll have lots of time to practice."

:Jack gave Carrie a chesire cat grin: "aye...you have a good style...but, learn to drop in some unexpected moves.....it'll help you in the future."
:He gave her a bow and smiled: "Maybe Will can help you.....he's a good swordsman...one of the best I've seen..."

*When Jack gave Will another pat on the shoulder Will immiediatly looked at Jacks free hand to make sure there wasn't anything that could take him out again in it, and there wasn't. So Will looked back up and smiled when Jack said he was a good swordsman and would make a great pirate.* Thanks Jack. You're not bad yourself. *Then he laughed* Yeah she doesn't mind me going on adventures, so long as I come back to shore when im finished with them.* He smiled then looked at Carrie when Jack said Will could teach her.* I'd be more than happy too Miss. Although Jacks the one best known for his unexpected...fighting tactics.

*Carrie smiled at both Jack and Will and realized just how much alike they were.* "I could learn many things from both of you.." *Raises up her sword to challenge Will* "but I think I'll start with you Mr. Turner."

*Will raises his sword as well to meet Carrie's challenge and he taps it with his own as if to confirm it. Then he gives a crooked grin like the one he gave when Jack said he'd had a nice hat that day on the battlement.* Its good to know the steps, of course. But its better to sort of...add to them you could say. *Will said as they did your typical fencing. Then he threw in a couple twists, and a few behind his back over his head swipes with the sword at her, waiting to see how she'd react.*

:Jack sat back...just watching his friend fight, a amused look on his face. He made himself comfortable, twirling the sword in his hands idelly, and watched both fighters styles:

*Carrie smiled at Will's moves and she parayed his first few blows with ease. But then his footwork became more complex and she faltered a little, being in an uncomfortable position. But she did not back down and she kept her blocks fierce and strong. She was being defensive, fearing that taking offense would make her lose.*

*Will grinned a little when he noticed that Carrie began to faulter a bit as his footwork and sword play grew more complex. He also took notice that she was on the defense and rarely the offense. So he slowed a little.* Don't be afraid to swipe or jab at me mate. Block a little and then make an unexpected advancement on me. *Will explained, glancing quickly over to Jack, then back to Carrie.*

:Jack simply watched Will, a sort of bemused grin on his face, then called:
"Watch yer footwork mate...." He said, as he stood, and walking around the outer ring where the duel was taking place. He kept his eyes on both fighters...noting each one's streanghts and weaknesses...a intent look on his face:

*Carrie is disturbed by Captain Jack's new array in his icon, but she overlooks it and faces him* "You be watchin' our weaknesses Captain? What do you see?" *She then turns back to Will* "I don't have much footwork. I feel as if I am a total around you Mr. Turner!"

*As Will fought on with Carrie he heard Jack say watch your footwork. He glanced over his shoulder and in doing so, nearly got hit with Carries sword but he managed to jump back just in time. Then as Carrie spoke Will raised a slightly confused brow, not sure what was meant when she said she felt like a total around him. But he just gave her a smile and a nod.* You deffinantly block well Carrie. *He said, then lowered his sword to his side and grinned at Jack.* Would you like a turn? *He asked. Now he wanted to watch instead of fight.*

Evelyn walks in and walks toward Will and smiles taking out her dagger. "Mr Turner? Good day, hope you're doign well this fine day." She looked around and all the swords hung around. "I only wanted to know if ye could engrave my dagger for me. I would like the blade to read For My Poor Mother, Bless her soul, And The Wisest Man I Have Ever Known
"I would like to engrave it in memory of my mother and father you see...is that possible?" she asked him lifting a brow.

:Jack gave a laugh when Will almost got hit then stood up at Evelyn entered the store. He made himself scarce, and began looking over the swords in the store, just casually admiring his friend's ability to make remarkable swords:
